With Acupuncture And Point Injection On The Nerve Root Type Cervical Spondylosis Analgesic Timeliness Of Research

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy,antalgic effect,and Timeliness of analgesia and incessant time of abirritation by respectively taking the simplex acupuncture,simplex point injection,and acupuncture with the point injection through acupuncturing the jiaji point marked the main point in the treatment of the nerve root type of cervical spondylosis,to improve the clinical efficacy for the purpose of the preferred methods for the treatment of clinical basis.Methods 90 patients with the nerve root type of cervical spondylosis were chosen averagely as three groups and to be randomly treated with taking the simplex acupuncture in the first control group(30 cases),taking the simplex point injection in the second control group(30 cases),and in the treatment group,30 patients were chosen to be taking the both way combined.All the patients were accepted to be treated by using the piont:quchi,jianyu and binao,all from the meridian of stomach,and jiaji pionts were also be picked up from the symptoms.Till having got qi,30 mins would be needed to keep the needles when acupuncturing for all the points.2ml of Angelica compound injection mixed with 4ml of 5% glucose injection by using 10ml acyclic injector.After conventional disinfection on skin,directly puncture into the subcutaneous tissue, withdrew the injector when getting qi.Without blooding back,inject Slowly the liquid,0.1ml for each point,every other day,three times as a treatment course of one day of rest.First of all,record the scale of pain of the patients before the treatment in the first time,analysis the numerical data comparability in three groups,then in half an hour after the treatment,two hours after the treatment,six hours after the treatment,record again with the help of patients,make the X2 test with 2 to 2 compares spliting the ranks about data of the scale of pain before and after the treatment of 0.5 hours,two hours,six hours. Results No statistically significant difference between three groups before the treatment in the scale of the pain(p＞0.05),make the t-test for the average of samples before and after treatments,p＜0.05;make the t-test with 2 to 2 compares about three averages of samples,the data of the scale of pain between before treatment in 3 groups and in 0.5 hours,two hours, six hours after treatments:the group of acupuncture matched with the point injection compared with the group of simplex acupuncture,the group of acupuncture matched with the point injection compared with the group of the point injection p＜0.05;the group of simplex acupuncture compared with the group of the point injection p＞0.05Conclusion With reasonable,practical,clinical and better feasibility,the treatment of the nerve root type of cervical spondylosis by using acupuncture matched with point injection has a significant clinical effect.
