Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Cervical Spondylosis Of Nerve Root Type By Cross Acupuncture

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of "cross neck acupuncture" in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type,and to provide a new and feasible method for clinical acupoint extraction,and to alleviate the pain and improve the quality of life for patients.Method: The case selection of 72 patients with nerve root cervical spondylosis who met the standard was divided into two groups according to the Stochastic grouping method(36 cases in the treatment group and 36 cases in the control group),the treatment group was given "cross neck acupuncture",the control group was given the traditional Acupoint acupuncture method,and after 2 courses of treatment,the Pain score table(VAS)Cervical Spondylosis 20-point scale,cervical Dysfunction index Questionnaire(NDI)score,the comparison of curative effect judgment,the collected data through the SPSS17.0 statistical software to carry out statistical analysis of the efficacy of each group.Results : 1.In the aspects of VAS,20-point method of cervical spondylosis and NDI,statistical software was used to analyze the integral data before and after treatment of "cross neck Needle" and traditional acupoint Acupuncture,and(1)to analyze VAS in group before treatment and after treatment through statistical software.There were significant differences in the 20-point scale and NDI of cervical spondylosis(P<0.01),which indicated that "cross neck acupuncture" and traditional acupoint acupuncture were effective in improving patients ' pain,neck and shoulder pain,limb hemp and other symptoms,as well as improving daily life,and(2)VAS before and after treatment between the two groups The 20-point scale and NDI of cervical spondylosis showed significant differences(P<0.01),suggesting that the curative effect of "cross neck acupuncture" was better than that of traditional acupoint acupuncture in improving the clinical symptoms such as neck and shoulder pain and limb hemp,and(3)there was no statistically significant comparison between the two groups in the treatment of tendon reflex.2.In terms of clinical efficacy,the total effective rate of "cross neck Acupuncture" is94%,the total effective rate of traditional acupoint acupuncture method is 86%,and statistically analyzed,there is significant statistical difference(P<0.01).3.After 8 weeks of follow-up,it was found that the long-term curative effect of "cross neck acupuncture" was better than that of traditional acupoint acupuncture.Conclusion : 1.The treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type with "cross neck needle" can significantly improve clinical symptoms compared with traditional acupoint acupuncture.2."Cross neck Needle" in the improvement of neck and shoulder pain,finger pain and numbness,reduce upper limb pain and numbness,improve sensory impairment,upper limb muscle strength than the traditional acupoint acupuncture effect is more prominent,but in the improvement of working life ability,hand function,intervertebral hole extrusion test two groups of curative effect is not significantly different.3.Safety,in the whole acupuncture treatment process,no needle sickness,infection and other adverse events occurred.
