The Clinical Research Of Cupping On Shenque Point Combined With Acupuncture In Treating Chronic Urticaria

Objective In the simple method of randomized controlled trial,by observing the treatment of cupping on Shenque point combined with acupuncture,to inquiry the possible therapeutic mechanism.Method In the case of voluntary,60 patients with chronic urticaria 1:1 ratio were randomly divided into 2 groups cupping on Shenque point combined with acupuncture(treatment group)and acupuncture only(control group).The treatment group patients got the treatment of Shenque cupping plus acupuncture,the control group were treated by acupuncture only.The both groups were treated for 4 weeks,once every 2 days,3 times a week.Before the treatment and 4 weeks after the treatment,all patients were assessed in symptom score and therapeutic valuation.2 months after the termination of treatment,assessed the recurrence rate of the persons cured.Result ?Before treatment,the treatment group and the control group for age,sex,duration of comparison,there were no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),described the two groups were comparable baseline characteristics.?After treatment,the total scores in two groups were lower than that before the treatment.There were 12 cured,8 excellent,7 effective and 2 inefficient with 1 fell out in the treatment group,the total effective rate was 93.10%,while there were 4 cured,6 excellent,7 effective and 11 inefficient with 2 fell out in the control group,the total effective rate was 60.71%,indicating that the two groups of treatment methods can improve the patient's quality of sleep,sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep disturbances,daytime dysfunction.?After 4 weeks of treatment,both groups were calculated therapeutic index,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment group score lower than the control group score;each scores of two groups in the itching extent,wheal size,wheal quantity,attack times and wheal duration was statistically significant(P<0.05);two months after the end of treatment was observed in the treatment group in the relapse rate was significantly lower than the control group,suggesting that the treatment group was more effective than the control group.The scoring differences before and after treatment in treatment group and in the control group of itching extent,wheal size,wheal quantity and wheal duration have significant statistical significance(P<0.05),but in attack times the control group has no significantly improved,the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05),explain the clinical efficacy of itching extent,wheal size,wheal quantity and wheal duration in treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion The treated method had advantages in wheal quantity,itching extent,wheal duration and wheal size,but in attack times and had equivalent effects.So Shenque cupping with acupuncture is one more effective therapy for chronic urticaria,worthy of promotion.
