| Objective: To investigate the possible mechanism of Yangyin Huwei Mixture in the treatment of CAG by observing the effect of Yangyin Huwei Mixture on the steadiness of gastric bacteria in rats with chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods: Choose only 60 SD male rats were randomly divided into blank group and the control group 10,the CAG module 50,blank control group normal breeding,build module using five factors comprehensive solution preparation of ranitidine(MNNG solution + 3% feed method + + hunger disorders of rats fasting day + fasting day by gastric lavage 30% ethanol Na Cl solution)to establish the CAG rats model,For 10 consecutive weeks;The CAG model was established successfully after pathological sections were stained.Module is to be built of rats by using random Numbers table is divided into model group,low,medium and high dose group and Chinese traditional medicine vatacoenayme group intervention treatment,continuous lavage for eight weeks,based on 18 th week,observe each group general characterization of rats,changes in gastric mucosa pathological histology,16 srrna high-throughput sequencing technologies to detect stomach flora composition differences and diversity;Results: 1.After drug intervention,the mental state of CAG model rats was improved and their fur color was supple;2.HE staining results showed that Yangyin Huwei Mixture improved inflammatory reaction,repaired gastric mucosa and improved gland atrophy;3.The microflora sequencing quality control table and dilution curve indicated that the sequencing data was sufficient and the study was highly reasonable.Venn diagram showed that there were 343 cases in the high dose group and the blank control group.Conclusion:Each dose group of Yangyin Huwei mixture can increase the abundance of beneficial bacteria,improve the diversity of bacteria in the stomach,reduce the abundance of pathogenic bacteria,improve the inflammatory response,repair the gastric mucosa,so as to treat CAG. |
