Objective By observing the changes of FMA,MAS and BI scores of scalp acupuncture combined with feedback operational training in the treatment of hand dysfunction after stroke at different treatment time points, the clinical effect of scalp acupuncture combined with feedback operational training on patients with hand dysfunction after stroke was evaluated.Method In this study,60 patients with hand dysfunction after stroke were divided into two groups according to the principle of randomization and control, that is,30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group. The treatment group was given scalp acupuncture and feedback occupational training, while the control group was given scalp acupuncture and routine occupational training. The two groups were treated 6 times a week, once a day,30 minutes a time with scalp acupuncture,30 minutes a time with occupational training,14 days as a course of treatment, one day for rest a week. There are four courses of treatment.FMA,MAS and BI were used for scoring before,4 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment, and statistical analysis was performed. Results 1.Hand Motor Function Scale(FMA)ScoreAfter 4 weeks of treatment, the FMA scores of both groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment, the FMA scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment(P<0.05),but the improvement of the FMA scores of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).In addition, the comparison of efficacy between the two groups showed no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was similar to that of the control group. These results indicated that the two therapeutic methods were effective in improving hand motor dysfunction in patients with stroke, and could be used as a feasible scheme in clinical treatment of hand dysfunction after stroke. However, from the perspective of long-term rehabilitation training, the therapeutic effect of feedback operational training is better than that of routine operational training.2.Hand muscular tone scale(MAS)score After 4 weeks of treatment, compared with before treatment, the hand muscle tone symptoms of stroke patients in the treatment group and the control group were not significantly improved(P>0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment, the hand muscle tone of stroke patients in the treatment group was significantly improved compared with that before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment(P<0.05),while the hand muscle tone of stroke patients in the control group was also improved compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),but the change was not significant compared with that after 4 weeks of treatment(P>0.05).In addition, after 8 weeks of treatment, there was a statistically significant difference(P <0.01)in MAS scores of hands between the treatment group and the control group, which indicated that the use of feedback occupational training workstation could further reduce the hand muscle tension of stroke patients, and the degree of reduction was higher than that of routine occupational training.3.Ability of daily living(BI)score After 4 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment, the scores of the treatment group and the control group were improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).However,there was no difference between the two groups after 4 weeks of treatment(P>0.05),while there was significant difference between the two groups after 8 weeks of treatment(P<0.05),and the BI score of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).This indicates that the improvement of hand dysfunction in stroke patients will also significantly improve their ability of daily life, and that the treatment method in the treatment group is more helpful to improve the ability of daily life of stroke patients in the future. Conclusion 1.Scalp acupuncture combined with feedback occupational training has a certain effect on improving hand dysfunction after stroke, which can be used as a feasible clinical treatment for hand dysfunction after stroke.2.Scalp acupuncture combined with feedback occupational training can improve the hand motor function of stroke patients, reduce their hand muscle tension and improve their ability of daily life activities,so as to improve the life and quality of life of patients, and have a certain long-term effect.3.Scalp acupuncture combined with feedback occupational training is interesting. It is easy to be accepted by patients, and the curative effect is clear, which can be further applied and promoted in clinical practice.
