Clinical Effect Observation Of Shoulder-hand Syndrome In The Early Stage After Stroke With Kinetic Acupuncture On Distal Points Method Of The Affecte Meridians

Purpose:Through clinical control study to observe kinetic acupuncture on distal points method for the treatment of early after a stroke shoulder hand syndrome(SHS),kinetic acupuncture on distal points method is used for clinical treatment of post-stroke provides the Clinical application basis for early SHS.Methods:In the 90 cases of patients with early shoulder syndrome after stroke,the randomized digital table method was used to divide 30 patients into treatment group,control group 1 and control group 2.The treatment group was treated with the method of remote extraction,which was the treatment of the remote acupoint and the exercise therapy.In the control group,the patients were treated with the conventional shoulder three acupuncture treatment,and the control group was treated with the traditional shoulder three acupuncture method,and the treatment was performed for 4 weeks.Statistical analysis between groups after treatment efficacy and treatment prior to treatment with upper limb pain score(VAS),upper limb function exercise assessment(FMA),modified Barthel index and the clinical curative effect of standard to assess the therapeutic effect.All data were analyzed by SPSS18.0 software.Results:1.Effectiveness analysis:the statistical results show that the total efficiency of the method is 93.The total effective rate of treatment was 73%.The total effective rate was 70%.The difference was statistically significant compared with the pre-treatment(P<0.05).2.VAS score analysis:the VAS scores in the treatment group,the control group and the control group were all reduced in the treatment group,the control group and the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01,P<0.05,P<0.05).Compared with control group 1 and control group 2,the VAS score was significantly reduced after the treatment of the remote control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with control group 2,there was no significant difference in VAS score in control group 1 after treatment,which was not statistically significant(P>0.05).3.FMA score analysis:the FMA scores in the treatment group,the control group and the control group were all improved in the treatment group,the control group and the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01,P<0.05,P<0.05).Compared with the control group 1 and control group 2,the FMA score was significantly improved after the treatment with the remote control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with control group 2,there was no significant difference in FMA score in the control group(P>0.05).4.MBI result analysis:the MBI scores in the treatment group,the control group and the control group were all improved in the treatment group,the control group and the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01,P<0.05,P<0.05).Compared with the control group 1 and control group 2,the MBI score was significantly improved after the treatment of the remote control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with control group 2,there was no significant difference in MBI score in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:kinetic acupuncture on distal points method and acupuncture on distal points method,shoulder three needle three methods for the treatment of early after a stroke shoulder hand syndrome all have certain curative effect,the kinetic acupuncture on distal points method curative effect is superior to other two groups,suggests that kinetic acupuncture on distal points method curative effect is best,is worth further promotion in the clinical practice.
