The Relationship Between Social Support,Coping Style,Sense Of Coherence And Self-Management Behavior In Patients With Hepatolenticular Degeneration

Objective To investigate the status quo of social support,coping style,Sense of coherence and self-management behavior in patients with hepatolenticular degeneration.To analyze and understand the influencing factors of self-manageme nt behavior in patients with hepatolenticular degeneration;To analyze the correlat ionbetween social support,coping style,Sense of coherence and self-management behavior in patients with hepatolenticular degeneration.To investigate whether Sense of coherence mediates social support coping style and self-management be havior in patients with hepatolenticular degeneration.Methods Convenience sampling method was adopted in this study,and the subjects were patients with hepatolenticular degeneration who met the inclusion criteria and were admitted to the encephalopathy department of a Grade-A tertiary hospital in Anhui Province from October 2021 to July 2022.The general data questionnaire,social support scale,simple coping style scale,Sense of coherence scale,chronic disease self-management behavior scale were used to investigate the patients who met the inclusion criteria.SPSS 23.0 software was used for analysis.Univariate analysis,multiple stepwise regression analysis and correlation analysis were used to explore the influencing factors of the self-management behavior of patients with Wilson disease.Amos 23.0 was used to construct and verify structural equation models and mediating variables.Results1、The average score of social support in patients with Wilson disease was(36.18±7.60),the average score of positive coping was(32.23±8.26),the average score of negative coping was(18.23±5.04),and the average score of psychological congruent was(59.09±11.94).The average score of chronic disease self-management behavior was37.71±11.77.2、Factors influencing the self-management behavior of patients with hepatolenticular degeneration include gender,education level,marital status,per capita monthly family income,and course of disease.3、Correlation analysis results show that: There was a significant positive correlation between social support and the positive coping dimension of coping style(p < 0.001),a significant negative correlation between social support and the negative coping dimension of coping style(p < 0.001),a significant positive correlation between social support and Sense of coherence(p < 0.001),and a significant positive correlation between self-management behavior(p < 0.001).Positive coping style was negatively correlated with negative coping style(p < 0.001),positive correlated with Sense of coherence(p < 0.001),and positive correlated with self-management behavior(p <0.001).Negative coping style was negatively correlated with Sense of coherence(p =0.006)and self-management behavior(p < 0.001).There was a significant positive correlation between congruence and self-management behavior(p < 0.001).4、The results of structural equation model showed that Sense of coherence played a partial mediating role between social support and self-management behavior,accounting for 18.27% of the mediating effect;Sense of coherence played a partial mediating role between coping style and self-management behavior,accounting for10.96% of the mediating effect.Conclusion1、 Patients with Wilson disease were at a moderate level of social support,tended to be positive coping,had a low level of Sense of coherence,and had a moderate level of self-management behavior.2、Factors influencing the self-management behavior of patients with hepatolenticular disease included gender,education level,marital status,per capita monthly family income,and course of disease.3、There is a correlation between social support,coping style,Sense of coherence,and self-management behavior in patients with Wilson disease,that is,the more ideal the use of social resources in patients with Wilson disease,the more positive coping style they can adopt,the higher the level of Sense of coherence,the better their self-management behavior.4、The Sense of coherence of patients with Wilson disease partially mediates the relationship between social support,coping style and self-management behavior.
