Explorethe relationships among sense of coherence〠anxietyã€coping styles in pregnancy women。Methods:A cross-sectional descriptive survey was used in this study.Adopt themethod of convenience sampling,Extract the NanChang from NanChang universityfirst affiliated medical Jiangxi province maternity and child care Provincial hospitalof workers, NanChang university third affiliated medical Jiangxi province maternityas the sample source unit.In July2013-February2014in the three hospitals extractedinto standard480pregnancy women as the resea-rch object.Using questionnaire ofgeneral data collected during pregnancy women’s demographic informationã€sense ofcoherence scale to research and analysis of pregnancy women’s sense of coherencelevel;Anxiety Self Rating Scale (Self-Rating Anxiety Scale SAS) investigation andanalysis of pregnancy women Anxiety level;Simple Coping Style Questionnaire(Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire SCSQ) investigation and analysis ofpregnancy women during pregnancy to face pressure to cope with the situation.UsingSPSS18.0software for statistical analysis of data,Using mean frequencyã€rateã€meanand standard deviation for descriptive statistic, rowxcolumn chisquare testã€Kolmogorov-Smimov Test for normality distribution Testã€Kruskal-Wallis H testã€Kolmogorov-smirnov Z test,Spearman correlation analysis multiple linear stepwiseregression analysis and multiple linear enter regression.Significance was assumed atÉ‘=0.05。Results:1.The score of sense of coherence during pregnancy was58.21±10.952,The score of sense of coherence in earlyã€middle and late pregnancy women was57.06±11.745ã€61.45±10.837ã€56.08±9.828,By comparing two mid pregnancy earlyand mid and late statistical differences was significant(P<0.05), Early and latepregnancy sense of coherence score difference was not significant。 2.Pregnancy in the women’s sense of coherence in three dimensions, canunderstand the highest score, meaning sense of scoring control the bottom。3.The score of anxiety during pregnancy was35.61±7.423,The incidence ofanxiety was21.3%,The score of anxiety during earlyã€middle and late pregnancywomen was37.45±7.628ã€33.33±7.750ã€36.08±6.242,The incidence of anxiety,respectively24.2%ã€14.2%ã€25.4%,By comparing the two early and middleã€middleand late statistical differences was significant(P<0.05).The incidence of early andlate pregnancy anxiety difference was not significant。4.Pregnancy women in coping style with the mental status were scoredlower. The three period of pregnancy women middle with the highest score。5.Pregnant women of sense of coherence and negative correlation withanxiety(P<0.05), Positive correlation with positive coping (P<0.05), negativecorrelation with negative coping style(P<0.05)。6.Anxiety of pregnant women had negative correlation with positive copingstyle and had positive correlation with negative coping style(P<0.05)。7.Single factor analysis showed that pregnant women of sense of coherence waspositive correlated with the degree of cultureã€payment of medical expenses〠familyinc-ome per monthã€belief and negative correlated with gestational weeks; Pregnancywomen’s anxiety level was negative related to urban sourcesã€period of occupati-onã€payment of medical expenses〠family income per month;Significantly positivecorrelation with the times of pregnancy;Positive coping style was positive correlatedwith urban origin〠occupationã€cultural degree family income per month and signif-ficant negative correlation with the times of pregnancy, whether planned pregnancy;Pregnant women with negative coping style and occupation, family income permonthã€payment of medical expenses showed a significant negative correlation andpositive correlation with faith。8.Multiple linear stepwise regression analysis showed that the effect of sense ofcoherence factors in pregnant women:Family income per monthã€degree of cultureand belief, three variables joint explanation for the variance sense of coherence is31.2%;Including the influence factors of anxiety: the payment of medical expenses, inurban and rural areas, pregnant times, education, four variables joint explanation for the variance anxiety is55.1%;Factors which influence the positive coping style:education, income, occupation, family origin variables together explained47.4%ofthe total variance of positive coping style;Influence factors of negative coping styleincluding the payment of medical expenses, belief, times of pregnancy, whetherplanned pregnancy, four variables together explained48.7%of the total variance ofnegative coping style。Conclusion:1.Pregnant women’s sense of coherence in the mid to upperlevel,Anxiety status is poor, especially in late pregnancy。2.Pregnancy women coping style score is lower than the domestic norm score, late pregnancy women coping styles is lowest。3.Pregnant women’s sense of coherence, anxiety, coping style were relatedtoeach other。Pregnant women of sense of coherence was negatively correlated withanxiety, negative coping style,Positive correlation with positive coping style,Thepregnant women of sense of coherence level higher, anxiety level is lower, the face ofpressure are more positive attitude;Pregnant women of the anxiety level waspositively correlated with negative coping style; The level of anxiety was negativelycorrelated with positive coping style。4.Influence factors of pregnant women of sense of coherence including degreeã€payment of medical expensesã€family income per monthã€religion etc;The influencefactors of anxiety included in urban and rural areasã€occupationã€payment of medicalexpenses, income, education, times of pregnancyï¼›Influence factors of positive copingstyle including urban and rural areasã€culture degreeã€occupation, Average familyincome per person, pregnant times, whether planned pregnancyã€family income permonthã€pregnant timesã€whether planned pregnancyï¼›Influence factors of negativecoping styles including occupationã€family income per monthã€payment of medicalexpensesã€belief etc。... | | Keywords/Search Tags: | pregnancy, women, sense of coherence, anxiety, coping style | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
