Research On The Effect Of Community Home-based Medical Care Services On The Subjective Well-being Of The Elderly

Healthy elderly care is the good pursuit of every elderly person for the elderly life.The coming of the aging age in China has brought great pressure to the social elderly care.At the same time,the medical and old-age needs of the elderly have shown a gradual growth trend.The past pension methods have gradually failed to meet the growing needs of the modern elderly.The old-age problem has become an increasingly serious social problem.The community home-based medical care combined service is a relatively new elderly care service mode in China.It can not only provide the elderly with both elderly care and medical care services,but also has the characteristics of convenience and efficiency.The elderly can choose to stay at home or live in community elderly care institutions nearby,enjoy high-quality elderly care services,and even make an appointment for community home-based medical care services such as home care,so as to really stay at home,greatly saving the time spent in the past to see a doctor.At the same time,the elderly care institutions improve the service efficiency and help to achieve high-quality elderly care.What cannot be ignored is that the elderly pay more and more attention to their own happiness experience.With the increase of age,the physical function of the elderly presents a downward trend,and physical and mental health will have more or less problems.Some elderly people will gradually feel lonely when living alone,and even depression will occur in severe cases.Therefore,paying attention to the happiness experience of the elderly is a problem that the elderly care service should pay attention to.This paper studies and analyzes the impact of community home-based integrated medical and nursing services on the subjective well-being of the elderly,uses empirical analysis to verify that the community home-based integrated medical and nursing services have a positive impact on the subjective well-being of the elderly,and finally puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions based on theoretical analysis and empirical test.With the help of the panel data of the China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study in 2015 and 2018,after effectively sorting out,screening,processing and processing the data,this paper analyzes and verifies the impact of community home-based medical and elderly care services on the subjective well-being of the elderly by establishing a double difference model.In this paper,the community home-based medical care service is taken as the explanatory variable,and the subjective well-being of the elderly is taken as the explanatory variable.Among them,the subjective well-being is divided into three aspects,namely,life well-being,health well-being and emotional well-being.Through the benchmark regression,it is concluded that the community home-based medical and nursing services have a positive effect on the life and health well-being of the elderly,while the effect on emotional well-being is not obvious.This paper analyzes the impact of community home-based integrated medical and nursing services on the subjective well-being of the elderly from different gender levels,education levels and old-age insurance levels.Through heterogeneity analysis,it is found that the effect of community home-based integrated medical and nursing services on the subjective well-being of women,the elderly with higher education level and participation in old-age insurance is better.This paper also adds three adjusting variables,namely,living area,marital status,and contracted family doctor service.Through the analysis of the adjusting mechanism,it is concluded that living in cities and towns will strengthen the positive effect of the community home-based medical care integration service on the health and well-being of the elderly,while living with married couples will negatively regulate the positive effect of the community home-based medical care integration service on the well-being of the elderly,The contracted family doctor service negatively regulates the positive effect of the community home-based medical care combined service on the health and well-being of the elderly.This study is of great significance for promoting the further promotion and development of the community home-based medical and nursing services in China,and promoting the subjective well-being of the elderly with the expansion of service scope and quality optimization.Based on the above research,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the community home-based medical and nursing services and improve the subjective well-being of the elderly: first,optimize the top-level design to promote the integrated development of medical and health institutions and community elderly care institutions;Secondly,we should pay attention to the mental health of the elderly,improve their emotional well-being,and launch personalized service methods suitable for different elderly;Finally,we should innovate the way of community home-based integrated medical and nursing services,implement the multi-agent coordination strategy,and promote the organic connection between community home-based integrated medical and nursing services and other policies.
