Clinical Effect Of Bushen Huoxue Jianpi Decoction On Sarco-osteoporosis

Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of Bushen Huoxue Jianspi decoction on sarco-osteoporosis,so as to improve the quality of life of patients and provide a new treatment scheme for clinical treatment.Methods: From December 2021 to December 2022,52 patients with sarco-osteoporosis were admitted to the Department of Spine Orthopedics of Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine as the study objects.The experimental group was given Bushen Huoxue Jianpi decoction combined with exercise therapy,and the control group was given Alendronate Sodium Tablets(Fosamax)combined with exercise therapy.The muscle strength,grip strength,6m walking speed,5 times sitting time,leg circumference,ODI score and SARC-F score,the bone mineral density T score,skeletal muscle mass value were observed and recorded before and after treatment.The curative effect of bone mineral density T value and skeletal muscle mass value was regarded as the main judgment standard,and the other observation indexes were regarded as the secondary judgment standard.Results: The effective rate of bone mineral density T value was 92.3% in the experimental group and 50.0% in the control group.The effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of skeletal muscle mass values was 76.9% in the experimental group and 38.5% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in 4m walking speed and leg circumference before and after treatment.There were statistical differences in the muscle strength of limbs and grip strength before and after treatment in the experimental group,and the grip strength was enhanced after treatment.The 5times sitting time after treatment was shorter than that before treatment,and the time after treatment in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group.The scores of ODI and SARC-F were significantly lower in the experimental group than in the control group after treatment.the score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group after treatment.Conclusion: The Bushen Huoxue Jianpi decoction can effectively improve that skeletal muscle mas,the bone mineral density T value,the grip strength and the limb muscle strength of the patients with sarco-osteoporosis,effectively reduce the sit time for five times,the ODI score and the SARC-F score of the patients,Bushen Huoxue Jianpi decoction is effective in the treatment of muscle atrophy,gait abnormality,fall and pain in patients with sarco-osteoporosis.Alendronate sodium tablets(Fosamax)also improved the symptoms of osteoporosis,but had poor effect on the symptoms of muscle deficiency.Bushen Huoxue Jianpi decoctionhas a more comprehensive treatment effect on patients with sarco-osteoporosis.
