Clinical Observation On 100 Cases Of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy Treated By Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Decoction Combined With Chinese Medicine Yuzu Formula

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine Yuzu formula on patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN)of qi deficiency and blood stasis.Methods:80 patients with DPN(qi deficiency and blood stasis type)who were diagnosed with DPN(qi deficiency and blood stasis type)and meeting the inclusion criteria were selected from 80 patients who attended the Department of Endocrinology,Yongchuan District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from September 2018 to September 2019.They were divided into treatment group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.In the control group,patients were given oral mecobalamin tablets 0.5 mg tid.In the treatment group,in addition to mecobalamin tablets with the same daily oral dose frequency,patients were treated with oral Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Decoction(100ml,taken three times a day before meals),and were treated with traditional Chinese medicine bath foot(1 day Times).The treatment course of the two groups was 8 weeks.The TCM syndrome score,nerve conduction velocity,Toronto clinical score,and TCM clinical effect were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After 8 weeks of treatment,the nerve conduction velocity(common peroneal nerve MCV,tibial nerve SCV)increased in both groups(P<0.05),and the nerve conduction velocity(common peroneal nerve MCV,median nerve SCV)after treatment in both groups increased.Higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Toronto score of both groups decreased(P<0.05),and the Toronto score of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in both groups decreased(P<0.05),and the scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).35 cases in the treatment group,5 cases(14.29%)were markedly effective,22 cases were effective(62.86%),8 cases were not effective(22.86%),and the total effective rate was 77.14%;35 cases in the control group,2 cases were markedly effective(5.71%),and 14 cases were effective Cases(40.00%),19 cases(54.29%)were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 45.71%.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.01).There were no adverse reactions in the two groups of subjects throughout the test.There were no abnormalities in monitoring the electrocardiogram,liver and kidney function,and blood routine,and the safety was evaluated.Conclusion:Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Decoction combined withtraditional Chinese medicine Yuzufang can effectively alleviate and reduce the clinical symptoms and related signs of patients with DPN Qi deficiency and blood stasis type,improve the speed of nerve conduction,the effect is better than that of single oral mecobalamin treatment,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
