| Objective:To observe the effect of Bushen Huoxue Decoction on symptoms and signs of patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation(syndrome of blood stasis)by directional ionization,and to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of this method,so as to provide a more effective,simple and feasible treatment method for clinical treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods: 60 patients with lumbar disc herniation(blood stasis syndrome)who met the inclusion criteria were selected from the outpatient department of the First Affiliated Hospital of the First Affiliated Hospital.All patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group by random number table,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Bushen Huoxue Decoction by iontophoresis,while the control group was treated with Huoxue Antong Liquor by iontophoresis.All patients were treated 2 times a day,1 time a 30 min,5 days a course of treatment,2 courses of treatment.Before and after treatment,the curative effect was evaluated by subjective VAS score and ODI score.Relevant data were recorded and stored.SPSS 22.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Result:1.The data of the two groups were 29 cases in the treatment group and 27 cases in the control group.There was no significant difference in age,sex and course of disease between the two groups(P>0.05),and the two groups were comparable.2.Intra-group comparison: There were significant differences in VAS score and ODI score between the two groups(P < 0.01),indicating that the treatment group and the control group could significantly improve the symptoms of patients.3.Inter-group comparison: After two courses of treatment,the analgesic effect of the treatment group was stronger than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Bushen Huoxue Decoction has definite curative effect on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation(congestion type)by iontophoresis. |
