Research On Application Rules Of Baihu Decoction Based On Data Analysis

Objective:Through the in-depth interpretation of the provisions of Baihu Tang,combined with the understanding of the doctors of the past dynasties,the formulation and application rules of Baihu Tang were deeply understood from the theoretical literature.Combined with the collected clinical medical cases,theoretical literature analysis and clinical data analysis,it provides theoretical and clinical data support for the wide application of White tiger decoction in clinical practice,and expands the scope of clinical application of White Tiger decoction.Method:This paper makes an in-depth study on the prescription and syndrome of Baihu decoction,and combines the understanding of the provisions of Baihu decoction by the doctors of the past dynasties,and deeply understands the formulation and clinical application of Baihu decoction.Collect and screen out relevant medical records of Baihu decoction in ancient and modern literature that meet the established standards for the treatment of diseases,input the collected clinical medical records data into the TCM inheritance assistance platform,and conduct statistical analysis of the collected clinical medical records data according to the established algorithm.On the basis of the research on prescription syndrome of Baihu Decoction and the data results obtained by using the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform,the four-in-one theory was applied to summarize the prescription syndrome and clinical data of Baihu decoction,and the rule of clinical application of Baihu decoction was summarized.Results: The core clinical symptoms of Baihu decoction syndrome are thirst,fever,dry mouth,spontaneous sweating,dry stool,red face,yellow urine,cold drink,constipation,deficiency,irritability,upset,hot body,headache,red urine,fatigue,cough,poor sleep,nausea,hunger,wasting;The clinical core tongue of Baihu decoction is red tongue with yellow fur,and the fur is thin or greasy.The clinical core pulse of Baihu decoction consisted of pulse,flood pulse and slippery pulse.The clinical core diseases of Baihu decoction are pulmonary diseases,and the core diseases of Western medicine are respiratory diseases and dermatological diseases.Conclusion:The medicinal properties of gypsum in Baihu decoction are slightly cold.If the syndrome differentiation is accurate,it can be widely used in clinic.The four prohibitions of Baihu decoction proposed by Wu Jutong in "Differentiation of Febrility-related Diseases" have their own limitations.In clinical practice,qi separating heat and Yangming meridian heat syndrome should be used as the basic pathogenesis.The formula of Baihu decoction is sweet,bitter and cold through the four-part theory analysis.Its role in Yangming and qi division;The trend of its action was clear and dispersed.In addition to the Yangming meridian heat syndrome,heat jure syndrome and qi diverging heat excessive syndrome,there are many other indications such as thirst,fever,dry mouth,spontaneous sweating,dry stool,red face,yellow urine,cold drink,constipation,deficiency,irritability,upset,hot body,headache,red urine,fatigue,cough,nausea,nausea,hunger,wasting and so on.
