Research On The Characteristics And Clinical Application Of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction Based On Data Analysis Of Medical Records

Purpose: Based on the data of medical record and relevant literature of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction(Decoction for Removing Blood Stasis in the Chest),this article probes into the characteristics of diagnosis and treatment,and the clinical application of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction,further providing certain theoretical basis for the application of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction.Material and method:Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction was taken as the key word of retrieval in China national Knowledge Internet,and relevant articles from January,2010 to December,2019 were collected.Data mining was applied to analyze the medical cases of the literature and study the rules of diagnosing and treating Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction.Further,based on the clinical research and pharmacological experiment on Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in recent years,the pharmacological action and clinical application of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction were summarized from the perspective of effects in treating disease.Results: 1.Characteristics of those who could have Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction are as below.(1)Most of the patients are female.(2)Patients of all ages could affect this disease,and most of them are middle age patients.(3)Cases could be reported at all seasons of the year,and Spring,in particular.2.Application indications of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction: Main indications: insomnia,upset,irritability,gloomy complexion,fatigue,constipation;minor indications:(1)general symptoms including fever,sweating,poor appetite,short of breath,itchy skin,etc.(2)chest and abdominal symptoms including chest distress,chest pain,palpitation,lateral thorax,swelling pain,nausea and vomiting,abdominal distension,etc.(3)head and face symptoms including headache and dizziness.(4)gynecological symptoms of female patients,including dark menstrual color,dysmenorrhea,blood clot in menstruation.Tongue pulse indications: dark red tongue body,with some petechial hemorrhages;thin and pale coating;pulse cannot be felt easily.3.Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction is widely applied in the nervous system,circulatory system,gynaecology and obstetrics,orthopedics department,surgery department,endocrine system,digestive system,dermatology department,etc.It is mainly used to treat coronary hart disease,migraine,cerebral infarction,cardiac failure,irregular menstruation,insomnia,diabetic peripheral neuropathy,endometriosis,chloasma,etc.4.Main pharmacological actions of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction:(1)anti-atherosclerotic formation.(2)Promote angiogenesis,prevent myocardial ischemia.(3)regulate blood lipids.(4)anti-oxidation and detoxification.(5)Anti-tumor effect.(6)Anti-platelet aggregation.Conclusion: Based on the data mining on relevant literature of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction over the recent 10 years,this article carries out an in-depth discussion on the diagnosis and treatment characteristics,as well as the rules of clinical application of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction,in an attempt to provide a reference to expand the clinical application of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction.
