Objective:By observing the clinical efficacy and the adverse reactions of heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with pricking and cupping in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia of qi deficiency and blood stasis type, and comparing with the control group, the differences in reducing pain degree, improving sleep quality, regulating anxiety between the two groups were objectively evaluated to verify the clinical efficacy and safety of heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with pricking and cupping in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia.Method:A total of 66 cases meeting the inclusion and exclusion criteria for postherpetic neuralgia were collected and randomly assigned to the observation group(heat sensitive moxibustion combined with puncture and cupping)of 33 cases and the control group(pregabalin and mecobalamin tablets)of 33 cases. The two groups were treated with their respective regimens for 4 weeks. The observation group was treated with heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with acupuncture and cupping. The corresponding heat-sensitive moxibustion points were selected in the lesion area and near the acupoints of Qihai and Guanyuan for treatment.Once a day,heat-sensitive moxibustion was treated for 30 minutes at each site;Puncture cupping once every three days, the amount of blood loss is 2-5ml,or the pot is left for 5-10min.The control group was treated with pregabalin and mecobalamine tablets orally. The observation indexes(pain visual analogue score(VAS),Pittsburgh Sleep Index(PSQI),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA))of the two groups of patients before and after treatment and the data of number of adverse reactions after treatment were integrated, and spss 28.0 software was used for analysis to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups in treating this disease.Results:1.Case inclusion:66 cases were planned to be included and 61 cases were actually completed, including 31 cases in the observation group and 30 cases in the control group. There was no significant difference in age, sex, course of disease,VAS score,PSQI score and HAMA score before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).2.Clinical efficacy and safety:The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.55%,and no adverse reactions occurred; The total effective rate of the control group was 76.67%,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 20%.There was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).3.Reducing pain:The VAS scores of the two groups before and after treatment were compared between groups and within groups, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).And the observation group had more obvious pain relief.4.Improving sleep:The PSQI scores of the two groups before and after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05).And the observation group improved sleep better.5.Regulating anxiety:There were significant differences in HAMA scores between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).And the observation group can better improve mood. Conclusions:In the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia with Qi deficiency and blood stasis,heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with cupping therapy is superior to pregabalin and mecobalamine tablets in clinical efficacy and safety. In terms of reducing pain score, improving sleep quality and regulating anxiety,heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with acupuncture and cupping had more prominent advantages.
