The Total response rate of the treatment group isobviously higher than that of control group1and control group2, which has significant differences (p <0.05) by statistical analysis.2. On the quality oflife: There are significant difference in quality of life for the three groups after treatment. And the positive correlation were observed between the quality of life before treatment andclinical efficacy (p <0.0001), and the difference of the quality of life before and after thetreatment is also positively correlated with the difference of clinical efficacy(p <0.0001).Conclusion: Definite efficacy has been observied in treating postherpetic neuralgia by modified Tuolixiaodusan plus blood-letting puncture and cupping, which has less sideeffects and can significantly improve the patient’s quality of life.
