Research purpose:To observe the clinical efficacy of Fuzheng Quyu Decoction combined with thermal moxibustion in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia, and to explore its mechanism and safety,so as to provide a safe and effective treatment for patients with postherpetic neuralgia.Method: All the experimental cases were from patients with postherpetic neuralgia who were admitted to the dermatology clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 1,2018 to December 31,2018.According to the diagnostic criteria of Chinese and Western medicine developed in this study,a total of 60 patients were divided into 30 patients in the treatment group and 30 patients in the control group according to the principle of randomized control grouping. The treatment group was treated with Fuzheng Decoction by oral heating and moxibustion;the control group was given gabapentin capsule orally and holmium laser irradiation. Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.VAS scores,QS scores, and adverse events during treatment were recorded before and after 4 weeks of treatment, and these data were processed and analyzed statistically.Result: 1.Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the gender, age and disease course between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05),which was comparable. The VAS score and QS score before treatment in the treatment group and the control group were compared. The differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05)and were comparable.2.The VAS scores in the treatment group and the control group were statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the VAS scores of the two groups were significantly reduced after treatment, that is,both groups can alleviate the pain of the patients to some extent.3.The VAS scores of the treatment group and the control group after treatment were compared, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the VAS scores of the treatment group after treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group,so the treatment group could alleviate the pain of patients more than the control group.4.The QS scores of the treatment group and the control group were statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the QS scores of the two groups were significantly reduced after treatment, that is,the two groups could improve the band to some extent.Sleep quality in patients with postherpetic neuralgia.5.The difference in QS score between the treatment group and the control group after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the QS score of the treatment group after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group,so the treatment group could improve the sleep quality of patients more than the control group.6.The cure rate of the treatment group was 86.67%,and the total effective rate was 96.67%.The cure rate of the control group was 73.33%,and the total effective rate was 93.33%.The total effective rate of the treatment group was statistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the cure rate and total effective rate of the treatment group were significantly higher than that of the control group, that is,the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group.7.There were no adverse reactions in the treatment group. There were 5 cases of adverse reactions in the control group, and the rate of adverse reactions was 16.67%.Conclusion: 1.Fuzheng quyu decoction combined with thermal moxibustion in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia can significantly improve the pain degree and sleep quality of patients.2.Fuzheng quyu decoction combined with thermal moxibustion for the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia is safe and effective, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
