| Objective:To observe the effect of nape seven needles therapy on sleep quality,fatigue state and negative emotions of patients with chronic insomnia,and evaluate the clinical effect of nape seven needles on chronic insomnia.Methods:A total of 70 cases of chronic insomnia were collected and divided into treatment group(35 cases)and control group(35 cases),in which treatment group were treated with nape seven needles and eszolam but control group only eszolam for 4 weeks.The Pittsburgh Sleep Index Scale(PSQI),Fatigue Scale(FS-14),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)were used to evaluate the sleep quality,fatigue status,anxiety and depression status of patients before and after treatment for 4 weeks.The medication of the patients was recorded,also the clinical efficacy being evaluated according to the reduction rate of PSQI score.Except that,we followed up PSQI scores of patients in both groups after 4 weeks treatment.Results:During the treatment,the treatment group lost 4 cases and finally completed 31 cases,while the control group lost 4 cases and finally completed 31 cases.1.PSQI score:Intra-group comparison showed that the total score and individual score of PSQI in the two groups decreased after 4 weeks of treatment and at follow-up compared with those before treatment(P<0.01).While the group comparison showed that the total score of PSQI and individual score,including sleep quality,sleep latency,sleep time,sleep efficiency and daytime dysfunction in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group after 4 weeks of treatment(P<0.05);At the follow-up,the total score of PSQI and individual scores of sleep quality,sleep latency and sleep time in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).2.FS-14 score:Intra-group comparison showed that after treatment,the total score of FS-14 and each individual score in the treatment group were lower than those before treatment(P<0.01);the total score of FS-14 and individual score of physical fatigue in the control group were lower than those before treatment(P<0.01),but no significantly difference in the score of mental fatigue(P>0.05).While the group comparison showed that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the total score of FS-14,especially the score of mental fatigue after 4 weeks of treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the score of physical fatigue between the two groups(P>0.05).3.Emotional state score:Intra-group comparison showed that the HAMR and HAMA scores of the two groups after treatment were better than those before treatment(P<0.01).And the group comparison showed that the scores of HAMD and HAMD in the treatment group were better than those in the control group after 4 weeks of treatment(P<0.05).4.Comparison of drug reduction:The last dose of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.41),which means the drug reduction rate in treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).5.Clinical efficacy:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93,55%,with the control group being 74.19%(P<0.05).There was no obvious adverse reaction during the observation period,and the security was high.6.Correlation analysis:There is a linear positive correlation between PSQI score and FS-14,HAMA and HAMD scores.Conclusion:The clinical effect of nape seven needles combined with estazolam in treating chronic insomnia is significant,which means it is better than estazolam alone in improving the sleep quality,daytime fatigue,anxiety and depression of chronic insomnia.And it can also reduce the use of hypnotic drugs with high security,which can be used as an effective treatment method for chronic insomnia. |
