Cancer patients become the group who most prone to nutritional problems due to pathological effects,and the nutritional problems have a negative effect to the treatment and recovery effects.With the continuous development of nutrition in China to help patients assess the physical condition,to take nutritional care services tend to improve,however,due to many factors,nutrition therapy did not keep up with the pace of surgery,radiotherapy,chemotherapy,cancer patients nutritional problems are still arduous at the same time,the academic research on nutrition care is mainly concentrated in the medical and technical level,and rarely from the perspective of the service model cut.This research aims to optimize and innovate the nutritional care service model of cancer patients by the angle angle of service design,and play the positive role of service design theory in public health field.The paper is divided into two stages: the first stage is aimed at the nutritional care service model of cancer patients during treatment and rehabilitation,and the key points of the problem of missing family dietary guidance in the existing nutritional nursing system are found by means of research observation.Stage two take individual home diet nursing as the starting point,through the future policy-oriented analysis,literature research,user interviews,domestic and foreign service model research,decided to adopt the development of service design and hardware products with the solution,with the service design method,the user needs Carry out the depth of mining,the establishment of service model,build service blueprint.In the specific design practice,through the concept of design and prototype experiments on the service system in the product part of the test evaluation,recovery feedback design and verification of feasibility.The paper takes the service design as the framework and the product design as the support and explores the guiding role of the designer in the field of cancer patients' nutrition,and has certain practical significance.
