| Objective: To explore the effect of closing the internal ring in tension-free repair of indirect inguinal hernia under laparoscope,and to provide clinical guidance for the treatment of indirect inguinal hernia.Methods: A total of 96 patients with indirect inguinal hernia who were admitted in the Affiliated Hospital of Jining Medical College from December 2021 to July 2022 were selected,and strict inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria were established.The patients were divided into the observation group(48 cases)and the control group(48 cases)by the random number table method.The control group was treated with laparoscopic tension-free repair of indirect inguinal hernia.The observation group was treated with internal ring mouth closure technology on the basis of the control group.The perioperative indicators[operation time,surgical incision,intraoperative bleeding volume,operation cost,etc.] and the incidence of complications were counted.Visual Analog Scale/Score(VAS)was used to evaluate the pain level before operation and 1 day and 3 days after operation.Followed up for 6months,statistics of inguinal hernia recurrence.Results: 1.There was no significant difference between the two groups in surgical incision,operation time and operation cost(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had less intraoperative bleeding(P<0.05).2.The VAS score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group on the 1st and 3rd day after operation(P<0.05).3.Compared with the control group(27.08%),the complication rate in the observation group(10.42%)was lower(P<0.05).4.After 6 months of follow-up,the recurrence rate in the observation group(0.00%)was not significantly different from that in the control group(4.17%)(P>0.05).Conclusion: 1.The application of internal ring closure technology in laparoscopic tension-free repair of indirect inguinal hernia can reduce intraoperative bleeding and complications,but will increase postoperative pain.2.Compared with the application of the internal ring closure technology in the tension-free repair of indirect inguinal hernia under laparoscopy and the application of the internal ring closure technology,there is no significant difference in the surgical incision,operation time,operation cost and recurrence rate of 6 months after operation. |
