| To propel local economic and social development,local universities should provide intellectual support and talents for the government.The greatest contribution that can be made by local universities is to provide high-quality talents that meet the needs of local economic development.Medical talents and the high-quality services they can provide are the important for people’s life health and happiness.In the context of mass higher education,the traditional elite education of medical education faces challenges.Major medical colleges and universities have been increasing enrollment,however,some local medical schools with limited educational resources cannot guarantee the teaching quality.Considering this situation,it’s necessary to make reasonable assessment of the existing internal and external education quality assurance systems of clinical medical schools.By applying administrative means and innovative educational and teaching practices,it is particularly prominent to develop a sound quality assurance system for undergraduate education in local medical universities.Furthermore,in response to the national strategy of "Health China 2030",higher requirements on the quality of undergraduate education of medical universities have been put forward such as in the post-Covid era.It requires the local medical universities to analyze the local demand for medical talents;to interpret the nature of quality assurance system of undergraduate education of medical universities from a macro perspective based on the characteristics of clinical medical education itself;and to create an effective quality assurance system.The goal is to effectively improve the education quality and to provide reference for scientific management and regulation of educational resources for local education authorities.Based on the analysis of the necessity to create a quality assurance system of undergraduate education of local medical universities,this author applied the research methods of literature review,status quo research,questionnaire survey and expert interview.With research the basic theory and basic concept of quality assurance of higher education;interpreting the connotation of quality management of higher education from the perspective of total quality management;analyzing the development history and current situation of the quality assurance system of the main undergraduate education in China and other countries.The author designed a relatively comprehensive system structure of the influencing factors of the quality of clinical medical education,based on which a relatively rational evaluation index system of undergraduate talent education of clinical medical universities was established.Based on this evaluation index system,an empirical study on the quality of undergraduate education of a clinical medical college in Heilongjiang Province was conducted to analyze the current situation and existing problems with its education.Based on the results of the empirical study,the author proposed the renovation strategies for the education quality assurance system of local medical universities and constructed a quality assurance system model that meets the local talent needs.The purpose was to improve the management quality of local clinical medical universities,enhance the education quality and facilitate quality-oriented scientific development of the universities. |
