As generally known, teaching; quality is especially vital to schools and sustaining and improving teaching quality is currently becoming an everlasting topic for schools construction and development. During the transfer from essence education to population education, teaching quality receives a never-met attention. Teachers, on the other hand, serve as the kernel of schools teaching quality, which directly reflects the teaching level or quality of teachers. Class teaching constitutes a major component for the teaching quality control. As seen above, how to study or consummate the evaluation system of teacher's class teaching quality is a key problem for the high education quality administration and reform, which exhibits importantly realistic significance.Class teaching quality evaluation system covers evaluation means, index systems, organization and manipulation, feedback and control. For evaluation means, it may include students' evaluation, experts' evaluation, administrators' evaluation, staff's evaluation and the self-evaluation of teachers, each of which possesses its own advantages and disadvantages. The teaching quality evaluation in domestic higher schools is not yet as ideal as expected in many aspects and awaits further research and improvement in evaluation indexes, feedback mechanism and digital construction.Following the principles of science, maturity, feasibility and confidence, in the present study, we established the evaluation index systems for student's and experts' as well as administrates' evaluation. Next, we set the experts' evaluation system as an example and made a detailed description of the construction process, during which we preliminarily ensured some elementary index by prophase study and literature summarization and further defined 5 class-one indexes and 1!5 class-two index through experts' inquiry for three times with the guidance of Dlephi's way. Also, we evaluate the weights of these indexes by turns. We set some elastic indexes in the systems, which may help to solve some over-formal problems. Furthermore, we buildup an information database, which set a base to improve the evaluation efficiency and develop the net evaluations.In the current research, we also investigate other aspects such as manipulating mechanism, feedback and control et al. In addition, we founded an effective evaluation system and formed an evaluation model with students'evaluation as the principle part and experts' evaluation as the guidance. Furthermore, we established a teaching contactor system and constitute a multiple-aspect and multiple-channel feedback system with 3 feedback timepoints and 3 feedback fashions, which have gained an in-time and effective result. The evaluation results are closely associated with the teachers' profit. After some inspiring measures being taken in the evaluation, the teachers' enthusiasm and ability were obviously elevated. The evaluation results from the students and teacher appear consistent with each other after statistical analysis. Summarized from the questionnaires, the present system has been widely accepted by the teachers and students and played an active role in elevating class teaching quality.
