The development of modern society has improved the level of medical facilities and the service of education,but medical facilities and the current medical advanced education still fail to meet the development of modern society.According to the"healthy China" strategic needs,in order to alleviate the plight of medical talent scarcity to establish a high level of medical higher education must be speeded,satisfy the social requirement for the medical persons with high levels of output,we should focus on training base generous,excellent ability,excellent quality,noble medical ethics,first-class innovative medical personnel.World medicine education has developed to the third stage,emphasizing the patient as the center to train the students' professional competence.The medical profession at present the main mode of or with the teacher as the center,on the basis of subject knowledge,the needs of the development of international medical education level,social distance and university development goals are now gap,must promote and deepen the reform of the medical education as soon as possible,efforts to improve the teaching quality of medical education in colleges and universities.Found by means of questionnaire,this paper is of higher medical education actively response to the national call to increase the education investment,but also exist in the teaching of preclinical medicine with clinical medicine teaching cohesion is not enough,investigate its fundamental is the link of education evaluation and quality management.So in order to achieve a high level of medical talent output,must establish a more scientific and comprehensive medical education quality evaluation and management system,promote the knowledge of theory and practice of the further development of higher education of medicine.Based on the prospective study,medical education,literature review,such as various types of evaluation results reflect continuously,according to the above problem,proposed based on the balanced scorecard,evaluation system of medical education,which become the target system of medical education evaluation system for all dimensions,and concrete examples in colleges and universities how to medical education based on the balanced scorecard to establish goals.Finally expounds the dimensions quality management to ensure completion process,match and training quality culture,organization and technology helps to achieve the goals of medical education quality,finally formed on the basis of the balanced scorecard evaluation system and on the basis of the quality management system,achieving high output level of medical talents.
