Objective: We can say that with the development of the time,medical technology has obtained the swift and violent development,but is very strange that the contradiction between the doctor-patient has been intensified in technology developed modern society.As some scholars has pointed out,in such materialistic era,technology and capital become the impetus for social development power of the era.The development of medical and medical practice,to some extent,gradually deviated from the purpose of the medical,losing the concerns for people,cultivation and education of medical students are lack of "healer goodness" of the humanistic spirit of medicine care,so medical education is facing severe challenges.This study covers the 2013 Grade,2014 Grade,2015 Grade of Hebei North University,which includes care,oral,imaging,clinical anesthesia,five majors of questionnaire conducted among 250 students.At the same time it is concluded from teachers and management personnel for interviews of Hebei North University teaching of medical humanism quality whose purpose is to objectively analyze the present situation of the cultivation of humanistic quality education in our school to improve the humanity quality education and similar institutions to offer some suggestions and reference.Methods:This research mainly adopts the student questionnaire survey and field interview method to the teachers.Among them,the students are from five different majors,students also have extensive sex,school grades and different levels,the proportion of men and women's gender is also within a reasonable range,thus this research has universal and objective standard.Students' questionnaire of three levels,including a personal basic situation;then it is to the overall understanding of humanistic quality;thirdly it is the humanities courses and humanities knowledge.For the questionnaire,firstly,they will have unified distribution and unified recycling and the answers have a definite time limit.Secondly,we the take back the questionnaires,using data statistics software,and then the figure came out.For on-the-spot interviews,the research includes both humanism quality of teachers in all the subjects,as well as the people who are academic backbones of the humanistic quality education of,but also includes interviewees who engaged in humanistic quality education for a long time and has the rich experience of management.These three kinds of different levels of the interviewees and the technical title is also divided into three levels,and therefore it can objectively reflect the real humanism quality education in our hospital.Results:It will develop the countermeasures suitable for our humanistic quality education and put forward some advice to similar colleges about humanities quality education of medical students.Conclusion:According to the questionnaire for students and teachers' interview result analysis,this topic research suggests that in order to better for medical students humanities quality education,we should cultivate countermeasures from the concept of humanistic quality,a full range of medical students' humanistic education system,the safeguard mechanism of humanity quality education system which are with a strong reference value.
