With the rapid development of the country,the state has paid more and more attention to the training of talents.The source of students is the first link in the training of talents in Colleges and universities.The quality of students is related to the quality of talent training in Colleges and universities,and it also directly affects the sustainable development of colleges and universities.If there is no good quality of students to provide support,the sustainable development of the school will be impossible.Especially in the special period of adjustment and Reform in military academies,the army's demand for high-quality talents is further increased,and higher standards and requirements for training high-quality new military medical talents are put forward.Based on the current situation of the enrollment system in the national college entrance examination and military academies,combined with the characteristics of students in military medical universities,this paper makes an empirical research on the source of undergraduate students in a Military Medical University.Starting from the quality evaluation index of enrollment entry,combined with the scores of students in five years'undergraduate study,we screened the main entry entry evaluation indicators affecting the comprehensive quality of graduation.In view of these entrance indicators,the key intervention management of the source is carried out,and the optimization of the quality of the source is finally realized.Considering that the number of female enrollment plan in military academy is small,the score of college entrance examination is significantly higher than that of men.The subjects are all 1061 male students in clinical medicine majoring in 2010-2012 grade in a Military Medical University.Combined with the reality of Military Medical University,the observation indexes include the college entrance examination scores,the basic background,the SCL-90 factors,the exam results,honor credits and democratic reviews.The SPSS18.0 software was used for data sorting and statistical analysis.Multiple linear regression models and logistic regression models were used to explore the relationship between college entrance examination scores,background,SCL-90 factors and exam results,honor credits and democratic reviews.The regression analysis adopted stepwise regression method for variable selection,and the entry and exclusion criteria were alpha=0.1.Through statistical analysis,the results are as follows:1.The overall quality of the entrance in year 2010-2012 remains stable.2.The main indexes affecting the comprehensive quality of graduates are college entrance examination scores,urban and rural differences,only children and some SCL-90factors.The college entrance examination scores have a certain predictive effect on the students'exam results during the university.The students'college entrance examination scores are positively related to the exam results.(t=7.65,P<0.0001).The students in the top of the college entrance examination are more likely to achieve good results in the study of college courses and often have a higher evaluation in the democratic review.(?~2=8.88,P=0.0029,OR=1.040,95%CI:1.014-1.068)Urban and rural difference has a certain predictive effect on the students'exam results during the University.Rural students are better than urban students in the exam results(t=2.88,P=0.0041).The only child has a certain predictive effect on the honor credits.The honor credits of the only child are higher than that of the non only child(t=-1.96,P=0.0502).SCL-90 factors have different impact on students'exam results,honor credits and democratic review during university.There are 3 main factors related to the exam results:interpersonal sensitivity,horror,and hostility.Interpersonal sensitivity factor is positively related to exam results(t=1.86,P=0.0631).The horror factor is positively related to the exam results(t=1.77,P=0.0768).The antagonism factor is negatively related to the exam results(t=-3.14,P=0.0017).There are 4 main factors related to the honor credits:horror,depression,anxiety,and compulsion.The horror factor is negatively related to the honor credits(t=-1.94,P=0.0526).Compulsion factor is positively related to the honor credits of academic innovation(t=2.36,P=0.0184).Depression factor is negatively related to the honor credits of humanities and social sciences(t=-2.12,P=0.035).Anxiety factor is negatively related to the honor credits of academic innovation(t=-1.81,P=0.0701).The factor related to the democratic review is somatization,which is negatively related to the democratic review(?~2=6.30,P=0.0121,OR=0.488,95%CI:0.279-0.855).It is believed that management intervention should be carried out in time for some major factors affecting the comprehensive quality of the source.(1)Attention should be paid to the population of different backgrounds.Taking targeted education methods and means,through the classified management and human intervention during the period of university training,we can make up for the shortage of some students in the comprehensive quality evaluation.(2)Psychological intervention should be carried out in time.Colleges should take necessary measures in time for psychological intervention,especially for hostility,horror,depression,anxiety factors that are negatively correlated with comprehensive quality evaluation.Colleges should take the initiative.(3)A more perfect entry index evaluation system should be set up.It is suggested that based on the existing research results,brainstorming and expert consultation should be used to explore a series of entry evaluation indicators that affect the quality of students,such as moral,intellectual,physical,psychological,humanistic,innovative and organizational leadership.This study improved the evaluation method of the quality of undergraduate students in the Military Medical University.The study is no longer one-sided evaluation of students at the entrance of admission.The comprehensive quality of the whole course and the graduation export is considered as the outcome index to evaluate the quality of the source dynamically.At the same time,the research provides a new factual basis and reference for the reform of school education and training mode and set up a set of research methods for the students'quality of military medical university,local medical colleges and universities with a relatively single profession,which can be used for reference in exploring controllable factors,improving education and training mode and improving the quality of talents training.
