A New Medicine Based On Medical Humanistic Quality Education Research

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at the core has attached great importance to the development of health,made safeguarding people’s health an important part of governance,put forward the concept of "Great Health",and promoted the implementation of the "Healthy China" strategy.The " Great Health" concept focuses not only on the disease itself,but also on the impact of physical,psychological,social and environmental factors on health.This requires medical staff to have both superb professional skills and high humanistic quality,and medical students,as the reserve team of medical staff,their comprehensive quality directly affects the service level of medical and health industry.In order to comprehensively improve the comprehensive quality of medical students and promote the high-quality development of medical and health undertakings,the Ministry of Education and other three ministries proposed the construction of "A New Medicine" in 2018,and issued the Opinions on Strengthening the Cooperation between Medical and Education to Implement the Excellent Doctor Education And Training Plan 2.0,pointing out the cultivation direction of medical talents in the New Era.Compared with the traditional concept of medical personnel training,new medical pay more attention to the role of psychiatry synergy in the medical talent training,pay more attention to the position of the medical students’ ’competence,solution actual problem ability,innovation ability and ability to humanistic care,etc.In the cultivation of comprehensive quality in the future in the medical activity not only can provide patients with medical services,also can pay close attention to the spiritual needs of patients,Protect the dignity of patients.Therefore,to strengthen the medical humanistic quality education,not only to develop medical students’ professional ability and professional ethics,and help to cultivate medical students’ scientific spirit and humanistic spirit of dialectical unity of thinking,so as to improve medical students of medicine and philosophy thinking,enhancing medical students’ humanistic care consciousness,optimized and health services,to carry out the " Great Health" concept,promote the health of China construction.The paper is mainly composed of five parts:The first part is the introduction.This paper mainly introduces the basis and significance of the topic,research status at home and abroad,research ideas and methods,research emphases,difficulties and innovations.The second part is the overview of a new medicine and medical humanistic quality education.It mainly includes the definition of a new medicine,humanities,medical humanities,humanistic quality and medical humanistic quality education.The importance of medical humanistic quality education under the background of a new medicine is analyzed from three aspects: the demand of new medical construction for medical humanistic quality education,the rich connotation of new medical construction for medical humanistic quality education,and the important content of medical humanistic quality education in new medical construction.The third part is the basic theory of a new medicine and medical humanities education.First of all,the traditional Chinese medical humanistic thoughts,foreign medical humanistic thoughts,basic theories of ideological and political education,Marxism theory on all-round development of human,Xi Jinping’s important discussion on people’s health and other ideological and theoretical theories are sorted out to provide theoretical support for medical humanistic quality education.Then,it discusses the practical value of strengthening medical humanistic quality education under the new medical background from four aspects: the implementation of healthy China strategy,the new trend of medical education development,the construction of harmonious doctor-patient relationship,and the improvement of medical students’ professional ethics.The fourth part is the analysis of the questionnaire survey of medical humanistic quality education in medical colleges and universities.Through the survey found that the current medical colleges medical humanities quality education curriculum needs to be improved,the education contents need to be further optimized,way of education method is relatively single,the effect of education needs to improve,etc,and from the development of science and technology,the concept of talent cultivation,safeguard measures,and the medical students themselves four angle analyzes the disadvantages of the medical humanities quality education.The fifth part is the optimization path of medical humanistic quality education in medical colleges and universities under the background of a new medicine.This paper puts forward the concrete countermeasures to promote medical humanistic quality education through medical education coordination from three aspects: strengthening the role of school education in medical humanistic quality education,improving the initiative of medical students to receive medical humanistic quality education,and expanding the channels of medical humanistic quality education.
