| Objective: This study proved through clinical trials the efficacy of acute naked sprain, comparing the combination of bone technique and the separate TCM bone technique group or the treatment of the clinical advantages of acute ankle sprain,in order to explore a scientific, safe and reliable evidence support and new treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.Research method: All the medical records included in the study were collected from February to October 2021,and they were seen in the orthopedic outpatient department and emergency medical records of Liaocheng Veterans Hospital,Shandong Province. They were diagnosed as acute ankle sprain after clinical diagnosis and X-ray examination, and the total number of cases included was 90.First,90 patients were divided into three experimental groups,of which,30 patients in the combined group used the TCM bone correction technique combined with ultra-short wave therapy.Thirty patients in the traditional medical group were treated by traditional Chinese medicine. In 30 cases,Baird pain score,B a simulated d-Jackson ankle score,ROM ankle activity score and ankle swelling scale before,1 week,2weeks and 20 days,we analyzed the data, assess and quantify the overall efficacy of acute ankle injury.Finding:1.Comparison of the results regarding the VAS scores. The comparison results within the three groups were as follows: the VAS score was P <0.05 after 1 week,2 weeks and 20 days of treatment, which was significant;the three groups were as follows: the VAS score of the patients before treatment.Patients participating in the experiment showed statistically significant VAS scores after 1 week,2 weeks, and 20 days of treatment.2.Comparison of the results regarding the Baird-Jackson ankle scores. The results within the three groups were as follows: significant Baird-Jackson ankle scores after 1 week,2 weeks and 20 days of treatment;the three groups were as follows: significant Baird-Jackson ankle scores before treatment.Patients participating in the experiment had statistically significant Baird-Jackson ankle scores at 1 week,2 weeks of treatment and 20 days of treatment.3.Comparison of the results regarding the ROM ankle activity score. The comparison results within the three groups were as follows: the ROM ankle activity scores were significant after 1 week,2 weeks and 20 days of treatment;the comparison results between the three groups were as follows: the ROM ankle activity score was not significant before treatment. The patients participating in the experiment had no statistically significant ROM ankle scores after 1 and 2 weeks of treatment, and had statissignificant ROM ankle scores at20 days of treatment.4.Comparison of the results regarding the degree of swelling. The comparison results in the three groups were as follows: the ultra-short wave and TCM bone correction for 1 week,2weeks and 20 days, and the swelling degree was significant, but compared with 20 days after treatment,P=1.000> 0.05.Ultracort wave was used for modern medical group P> 0.05,which was statistically not significant. The comparison results between the three groups were as follows: The swelling of the patients was not significant before treatment. After 1 and 2 weeks of treatment, the three comparative groups were not significant. After 20 days after treatment, comparisons between the three groups were statistically significant and mitigated.5.Comparison of the results regarding the overall efficacy. The total efficient combination groups were 96.43%,86.21% in traditional medicine and 89.29% in modern medicine, with P-values <0.05.Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine bone correction technique combined with ultra-short wave therapy, traditional medical treatment, modern medical treatment and other means all have good clinical effect in the treatment of acute ankle sprain, which can reduce joint pain, improve edema, and promote the recovery of ankle function. However, the TCM bone correction technique combined with ultra-short wave treatment of acute ankle sprain has obvious advantages in immediate pain effect and improving joint activity. The patient has high acceptance. It can be used as a standardized, appropriate and operable treatment technology to continue experiments in clinical practice, and gradually promoted and applied. |
