The Treatment Of Ankle Joint Sprain Braking A Department Of Orthopedics Early Clinical Curative Effect Observation

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of early combined with a plaster Department of orthopedics for the treatment of ankle joint sprain.Methods: the data of this study were from outpatient and emergency department of the Affiliated Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,Xinjiang Medical University.In a random(random number table),blind method(Dan Mang)and the control(before and after compared with the control group)test method,the ankle joint sprain were randomly divided into four groups,the observation group with a combined plaster Department of orthopedics for treatment of ankle sprain;the control group was treated with plaster for treatment of ankle sprain,two group(gender,age,baseline location)are basically the same,before treatment AOFAS ankle hindfoot score no difference.The four groups were measured before treatment and after the treatment: the degree of pain,AOFAS ankle foot function score.The subjective scale index was analyzed by non parametric statistical method,and the T index was used to measure the change of the total score before and after treatment.Results: a total of 60 patients were enrolled in this study,including the observation group1 15,2 15 in the observation group and 3 15 in the observation group(n =45)in the study group(n =45),and the control group(n = 15).The control group before treatment VAS score from 6.23 + 1.48 to 3.23 + decreased after treatment 1.80;observation group 1 VAS score from before treatment was 6.20 + 1.39 drops to 1.73 +1.12 after treatment;the observation group 2 VAS score from before treatment was 6.17 +1.35 drops to 1.70 + 1.09 after treatment;the observation group 3 from the VAS score before treatment was 6.21 + 1.40 to 1.20 + 1.01 after treatment;there was significant difference before and after treatment,after treatment there was significant difference between the 2 groups;the control group AOFAS ankle hindfoot score from before treatment was 46.23 + 10.46 to 65.48 + 9.78 after treatment;the observation group AOFAS ankle hindfoot score from before treatment was 47.90 + 11.46 to 88.28 + 8.81 after treatment;there was significant difference before and after treatment,after treatment there was significant difference between 3 groups;the total clinical effective rate of the control group: the total efficiency of 66.67%;observation In group 1,the total effective rate was 86.67%,the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,and the total effective rate of the observation group was 3(93.33%).Conclusion: the study found that through the plaster has better clinical effect than the treatment of ankle sprain acute early braking combined a simple plaster Department of orthopedics,Department of orthopedics and early plaster combined with a treatment of ankle sprain clinical curative effect,the treatment process without obvious complications,simple and effective and good compliance.
