Objective:This topic is designed to observe the Yiqifumai mixture on patients with premature ventricular beats of symptoms improve the situation,discusses Yiqifumai mixture the curative effect of patients with premature ventricular beats,evaluation of Yiqifumai mixture to treat premature ventricular beats sexual period safety.Methods:All patients are outpatients and hospitalized patients collected in November 2016 to March 2018 from Dongfang hospital of Beijing University Chinese Medicine.All meeting the western medicine diagnostic standard of defining premature ventricular beats and syndrome of Qi deficiency and blood stasis,phlegm and blood stasis.Take the design ethod of parallel,randomized,double-blind,placebo-controlled,frequent ventricular premature beat patients were divided into Yiqifumai mixture treatment group and the control group,30 cases in each group.Patients after oral,1 bag each time,blunt,daily,1 agent,points 2 times a blunt in the morning and night,treatment for 4 weeks.Observing 24 hours dynamic electrocardiogram,Chinese medical syndrome integral,clinical symptoms,laboratory indexes change before and after the treatment in order to evaluate the effectiveness and safety.Results:(1)Total effective rate:treatment group total effective rate was 77.8%,obviously better than the control group(24%),is similar between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).By Logistic regression analysis,OR = 11.083,the curative effect of treatment group is higher than the control group.(2)The treatment group after treatment holter premature ventricular beats compared with before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01);Compared with the control group after treatment,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05);(3)Between Chinese medical syndrome integral:? set of comparison:in 2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment,integral treatment group were obviously lower than the control group,the difference statistically significant(P<0.01);?within the group comparison:the treatment group and control group in 2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment effect of Chinese medical syndrome integral are lower than before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01),the curative effect of 4 weeks is better than 2 weeks.(4)Heart palpitations symptom integral comparison:?comparison between groups:4 weeks after treatment,symptom integral treatment group were significantly less than the control group,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05);?within the group comparison:the treatment group after treatment for 2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment the symptoms score is lower than before and treatment,including palpitations,shortness of breath,fatigue,chest tightness,chest pain,spontaneous perspiration,eat less and stay,god phlegm symptoms,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05);Control group 4 weeks after treatment heart palpitations,shortness of breath,fatigue,chest tightness,eat less and stay compared with before treatment,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05);The other symptoms compared with before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).(5)In the two groups after treatment in patients with safety indexes is normal,does not appear adverse reactions and cardiovascular events.Conclusion:Yiqifumai mixture treat premature ventricular beats in the total effective rate,reduce the number of premature ventricular beats,improve Chinese medical syndrome integral and heart palpitations symptoms integral syndromes is better than that in control group;Yiqifumai mixture in the clinical application of security is better.
