Clinical Observation Of Shensong Yangxin Combined With Betaloc In The Treatment Of Patients With Ventricular Premature Contraction And Anxiety

Purpose:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Shensong Yangxin capsule combined with Metoprolol Succinate Sustained-release Tablets(Betaloc)in improving the number of ventricular premature beats occurred、the clinical symptoms and the state of anxiety about the patients who are mild and moderate anxiety.Material and method:Sixty-four inpatients and outpatients with premature ventricular beats and mild to moderate anxiety from April 1st 2016 to September 1st 2017 in Liaoning Provincial people’s Hospital were selected.The patients who met the inclusion criteria and were not excluded were randomly divided into two groups according to random number table:the trial group and the control group.The trial group was given Shensong Yangxin capsule and Metoprolol Succinate Sustained-release tablets.They were taken the Shensong Yangxin capsule orally for four capsules three times a day after meal,and Metoprolol Succinate Sustained-release Tablets 47.5 mg once a day for 8 weeks;The control group was given the placebo and Metoprolol Succinate Sustained-release Tablets.They were taken the placebo orally for four capsules three times a day after meal,and Metoprolol Succinate Sustained-release Tablets 47.5 mg once a day for 8 weeks.The patients were followed up before and after taking medicine to observe the improvement of the number of ventricular premature beats in dynamic electrocardiogram in 24 hours,to calculate the effective rate of the times of ventricular premature beats,and to record the score of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA).Observe secondary the total score of syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and safety index.Results:After the clinical trials,the results are as follows:1.The total effective rate of the trial group was better than that of the control group(84.38%vs 62.50%).The trial group of 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram room to reduce the frequency of premature beat was better than that of the control group(P=0.045).2.The total effective rate of the trial group was better than that of the control group(87.50% vs 59.38%).The change of HAMA(Hamilton Anxiety Scale)score in the trial group was better than that in the control group(P=0.048).3.The total effective rate of TCM syndrome trial group was better than that of control group(90.62% vs 62.50%).The change of the total score of TCM syndromes in the trial group was better than that in the control group(P = 0.018).4.The laboratory indexes of 64 patients were not changed significantly before and after taking medicine,and the adverse reactions were few.Conclusion:After the clinical observation,the following conclusions are drawn:1.Shensong Yangxin capsule combined with Metoprolol Succinate Sustained-release Tablets(Betaloc)can reduce the frequency of ventricular premature beats.2.Shensong Yangxin capsule combined with Metoprolol Succinate Sustained-release Tablets(Betaloc)can improve the clinical symptoms and anxiety state of patients with ventricular premature beats and mild and moderate anxiety.3.Shensong Yangxin capsule combined with Metoprolol Succinate Sustained-release Tablets(Betaloc)was superior to western medicine alone in treating patients with ventricular premature beats and mild to moderate anxiety.4.Shensong Yangxin capsule has less obvious adverse reactions and high safety.
