| Objective Through the study of literature related to Lifestyle-Related Diseases, the name, meaning and high incidence of lifestyle diseases are sorted out,and the concept and category of lifestyle diseases are determined. To explore the relationship between common lifestyle factors and high-incidence diseases, analyze the national policies and personal behaviors of six lifestyle factors in China, and explore the tertiary prevention measures of high-incidence diseases,so as to provide reference for the prevention and rehabilitation of Lifestyle-Related Diseases in China.MethodsRelevant literatures at home and abroad were collected by cn KI,Wanfang,Pubmed,Web of Science and other databases to explore the research progress and specific definitions of lifestyle and Lifestyle-Related Diseases at home and abroad. The distribution of high-incidence groups and areas of high-incidence diseases and the distribution of high-incidence groups and areas of common lifestyle were compared and analyzed, and the connection between lifestyle and high-incidence Lifestyle-Related Diseases was explored based on the research of other scholars at home and abroad. Finally, the relevant means of preventing lifestyle diseases are explored.ResultsComparative analysis of population and regional distribution of high incidence diseases and common lifestyles showed that: 1.Through comparative analysis,it was found that the population and regional distribution of stroke was consistent with the population and regional distribution of smoking, drinking, dietary nutrition, exercise, sleep and psychological factors.2.Lung cancer was consistent with the population and geographical distribution of smoking, nutritional diet, sleep and mental health, but not with the distribution of alcohol consumption and exercise.3.Gastric cancer was consistent with the population and geographical distribution of smoking, drinking, dietary nutrition and sleep, but not with the distribution of sports and psychological status.4.Diabetes was consistent with the population and regional distribution of smoking, drinking, dietary nutrition, exercise, sleep and psychological factors.Conclusion1.Analyze the coincidence of high-incidence diseases with common lifestyle groups and regions, and combine the findings of other authoritative studies:(1)The bad habit of smoking will affect the occurrence and development of stroke, lung cancer, stomach cancer and diabetes, especially lung cancer.(2)Drinking alcohol or even excessive drinking will increase the risk of stroke, gastric cancer and diabetes, among which the impact on gastric cancer is the most significant.(3)Balanced diet and nutrition can help enhance immunity.Dietary factors will affect the occurrence of stroke, lung cancer, stomach cancer and diabetes, especially irregular diet and overeating, which will increase the risk of stomach cancer and diabetes.(4)No matter physical activity or leisure exercise, insufficient exercise will increase the risk of stroke and diabetes.Scientific and appropriate exercise can reduce the risk of disease. At present, there is no sufficient evidence to prove the correlation between exercise and the occurrence of lung cancer and gastric cancer.(5)The quality of sleep will affect the occurrence and development of stroke, lung cancer, stomach cancer and diabetes.Poor sleep quality will cause the decline of immunity and increase the risk of diseases.(6)Psychological factors will affect the occurrence and development of stroke, lung cancer, stomach cancer and diabetes, and long-term negative emotions represented by depression and anxiety will lead to physical and mental damage.2.Through literature analysis,it is concluded that common lifestyle is closely related to the occurrence and development of high-incidence diseases.According to common lifestyle factors, targeted measures to prevent Lifestyle-Related Diseases are explored, and tertiary prevention measures can effectively reduce the possibility of occurrence and development of high-incidence Lifestyle-Related Diseases. |
