| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Lingzhuqushiyin combined with the Chinese sexagenary cycle auricular position therapy in the treatment of Atopic Dermatitis due to spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation and its effect on the quality of life of patients.It is hoped that through the use of traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy,clinical symptoms can be alleviated,the quality of life of patients can be improved,and the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of atopic dermatitis can be fully utilized.Methods : Fifty-six patients were randomly divided into two groups,Twenty-eight cases in the treatment group,oral administration of Lingzhu quushiyin combined with the Chinese sexagenary cycle auricular position therapy,Twenty-eight cases in the control group,oral administration of loratadine tablets,and external use of 0.1% tacrolimus Ointment in both groups and topical moisturizer as base treatment.1 week is a course of treatment,a total of 4 courses of treatment.The SCORAD scores and quality of life scores of the two groups were compared at the 1st,2nd,3rd,and 4th weeks of treatment,and the total effective rates were compared between the two groups after the treatment,and the safety of this study was evaluated.Results:Completed the clinical study of 52 cases,including 26 cases in the treatment group and 26 cases in the control group.After the treatment,through the observation of the curative effect of the two groups of patients,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.31%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 69.23%.The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,there was statistical difference between the two groups P<0.05.After treatment,the scores of SCORAD and quality of life in the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.01),with significant difference.At the first week,there was no statistical significance in the SCORAD score and quality of life score between the two groups(P>0.05).In the second week,there was no significant difference in SCORAD score between the two groups(P>0.05),and there was statistical significance in the quality of life score(P<0.05).In the third week,there was no significant difference in SCORAD score between the two groups(P>0.05),but there was a significant difference in the quality of life score(P<0.01).At the 4th week,the SCORAD score between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the quality of life score was significantly different(P < 0.01).During the analysis of the data of the two groups,it was found that the pruritus score in the SCORAD score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group every week.Conclusion:1.Lingzhuqushiyin combined with the Chinese sexagenary cycle auricular position therapy has a significant curative effect in the treatment of atopic dermatitis due to spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation,and can effectively reduce the SCORAD score of patients,especially the pruritus score and sleep score.2.In the process of using the Chinese sexagenary cycle auricular position therapy,the Chen and Si position is used as the main position,the Yin position is added to nourish the lungs and the spleen,and the Hai,Zi and Chou position is selected according to the theory of the Liujingyujiewei.These three positions correspond to liver and gallbladder,which have the effect of soothing the liver and strengthening the spleen.The combination of the above six can quickly relieve itching,and the effect is the best.Based on this,it is speculated that although spleen deficiency is the core pathogenesis of atopic dermatitis,its pathogenesis may be related to liver stagnation and lung deficiency.Which provides the idea to cure atopic dermatitis from Soothe the liver and nourish the lungs.Compared with other traditional Chinese medicine treatments,this therapy has the advantages of non-invasiveness,simple operation and quick onset of effect,and it is highly accepted by patients,and can be used as an adjuvant therapy for the treatment of atopic dermatitis. |
