The Clinical Efficacy Ofyangxuemnfuyin In The Treatment Of Xuexufengzao Atopic Dermatitis, And Its Influences On Total Serum Ige Levels And The Quality Of Life

Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Yangxuerunfuyin whichimprovement to Xuexufengzaoxing of atopic dermatitis, as well as its influences on totalIgE levels of serum and the quality of life of patients.Methods:58patients were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group,consist of30patients, oral administration of Yangxuerunfuyin; The other one, controlgroup, consist of28patients, oral the anti-parameter antipruritic particles； Topicalapplication of0.1%tacrolimus ointment and emollient moisturizers (Sita Fu brand) forboth groups, the total treatment course was4weeks. To compare the two groups on theclinical efficacy, as well as total IgE levels of serum and the life quality of patients.Result:(1) Clinical efficacy: To make comparison between before and after treatment,concluded that Yangxuerunfuyin group before treatment SCORAD points was50.803±15.564, after treatment was32.627±9.416, SCORAD points after treatment than beforetreatment decreased significantly (p <0.01); Anti parameter antipruritic particle groupbefore treatment, SCORAD points was49.956±15.075, after treatment, was47.581±11.140, SCORAD points decreased (p <0.05) after the treatment; To compare between thetwo groups, when patients after treatment,the SCORAD points of Yangxuerunfuyingroup(p <0.01) was significantly lower than the other group.(2)Total serum IgE levels:Before treatment, average total IgE serum level of both groups was higher than normallevel (<0.35kU/L); after treatment, both total IgE level of serum were decreased, which ofYangxuerunfuyin group was significantly decreased (p <0.01), and also the anti-parameterantipruritic particles group was decreased (p <0.05); There is no significant difference of statistics between the two groups (p>0.05). And it analyzed that there’s correlationbetween total IgE serum leve before treatment and SCORAD points of each group, alsototal IgE serum leve positively correlated with the SCORAD points between aftertreatment.(P<0.0001).(3) Life Quality of Patients: There’re significant differences on lifequality of both groups after different treatments, concrete manifestations were:performances in subjective symptoms, leisure activities, interpersonal relationships, workand study, daily activities, and the impact of treatment. However, there’s no prominentdifference (P>0.05) between two groups after treatment. And it analyzed that there’scorrelation between the quality of life score before treatment and SCORAD points of eachgroup, also life quality total score differences positively correlated with the SCORADpoints difference between before treatment and after.(P<0.0001).Conclusion:(1) The treatment to AD of Yangxuerunfuyin is effective, be moreeffective than Anti-parameter antipruritic particle.(2)Yangxuerunfuyin worked bylowering total surem IgE levels.(3)Yangxuerunfuyin can effectively improve the quality oflife of patients.
