The Clinical Research Of Jian Pi Hua Zhuo Prescription In The Treatment Of Spleen Deficiency Phlegm Dampness Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Combined With Dyslipidemia

Objective:This topic through the analysis of clinical data to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Jianpi Huazhuo Decoction on spleen deficiency and phlegm-dampness type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)with dyslipidemia,for spleen deficiency and phlegm-dampness T2 DM with dyslipidemia Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)clinical diagnosis and treatment to provide ideas and basis.Methods:60 cases of T2 DM with dyslipidemia of spleen deficiency and phlegm-dampness type were randomly divided into control group(n=30)and treatment group(n=30).On the basis of basic treatment,the control group was given oral Metformin Sustained-Release Tablets + Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets to reduce blood glucose and lipid.On the basis of the control group,the treatment group was treated with Jianpi Huazhuo decoction.The two groups were continuously treated for 8 weeks.The blood glucose indexes(FBG,2hPG,HbAlc),fasting C-peptide and 2hC-peptide,blood lipid indexes(TG,TC,LDL-C,HDL-C),body mass index(BMI),TCM score,overall response rate and adverse reactions were observed in the two groups.The obtained data were statistically analyzed using the statistical software SPSS25.0,and P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results:(1)Before treatment,there was no significant difference in gender,age and disease course between the two groups(P > 0.05),which was comparability.(2)Before treatment,there was no significant difference in blood glucose index,blood lipid index,body mass index,total score of TCM and single score of TCM between the two groups,with comparability(P>0.05).(3)After treatment,the blood glucose indicators of the two groups were lower than before(P<0.05),the blood glucose indicators of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group(P < 0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.(4)After treatment,fasting C-peptide and 2h C-peptide in both groups were lower than before(P<0.05),the C-peptide level in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.(5)After treatment,TG,TC and LDL-C in the two groups were lower than before(P<0.05),HDL-C was higher than before(P<0.05),which was significant.TG、TC and LDL-C in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the difference had statistical significance.The difference in HDL-C between the two groups had no statistical significance(P>0.05).(6)After treatment,the BMI of the two groups decreased(P<0.05),and the BMI of the treatment group was less than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.(7)After treatment,the total score of TCM in the two groups were lower than before(P<0.05),and the score of TCM in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.(8)After treatment,the scores of TCM items in the two groups were lower than before(P<0.05),and there were significant differences in the scores of dry mouth,thirst,reluctance to drink,fatigue,abdominal fullness,head and body weight,shortness of breath,lazy speech,chest tightness,and loose stools between the two groups(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the scores of body obesity,poor appetite,and limb edema between the two groups(P>0.05).(9)After treatment,the overall efficacy of the two groups was compared,the total effective rate of blood glucose was 93.33%,the total effective rate of blood lipid was 93.33%,and the total effective rate of TCM was90.00% in the treatment group;the total effective rate of blood glucose was 70.00%,the total effective rate of blood lipid was 80.00%,and the total effective rate of TCM was 56.67% in the control group,and the overall efficacy of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).(10)During the treatment,no adverse reactions occurred in the two groups.Conclusion:Jianpi Huazhuo Decoction combined with western medicine can significantly improve the blood glucose,C-peptide and blood lipid indicators of patients,reduce BMI,reduce the total score of TCM,improve the symptoms and signs of patients,the efficacy is better than the simple application of oral western medicine hypoglycemic lipid-lowering,and no adverse reactions occurred,and the medication was safe.
