| Objective To observe the effect of Jiawei Jianpi Xiaoke Decoction in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus（Syndrome of spleen deficiency with phlegm and dampness）on blood glucose,blood lipids,body mass index,TCM syndromes and other related indicators,and to explore the treatment of type 2diabetes mellitus（Syndrome of spleen deficiency with phlegm and dampness）with Jiawei Jianpi Xiaoke Decoction efficacy and safety,providing a theoretical basis for the clinical application of this prescription.Methods Syndrome of spleen deficiency with phlegm and dampness diagnosed as type 2 diabetes were collected from March 2021 to December 2021 in the diabetes Department of Ethnic Hospital of Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture,and finally 62 cases were included,according to the digital method of randomized divided into control group in 31 cases,31 cases in treatment group,two groups are to foundation treatment（health education.sport.dietcontrol）,The control group was given metformin hydrochloride tablets orally,and the treatment group was added with Jianpi Xiaoke Decoction on the basis of the control group.The treatment cycle was 12 weeks.The changes of fasting blood glucose,2 hours postprandial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin,blood lipid,body mass index and TCM syndrome score were observed before and after treatment in 2 groups,and the effectiveness and safety of Jiawei Jianpi Xiaoke Decoction were evaluated.Results Comprehensive curative effect: after 12 weeks of observation and treatment,the total effective rate of TCM syndrome curative effect in the control group was 73.3%,and that in the treatment group was 93.3%.The total effective rate of western medicine in the control group was 66.7%,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was 83.3%.Compared with the two groups,the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher and better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Total TCM syndrome score: after 12 weeks of observation and treatment,TCM syndrome score in both groups decreased,9.933 ± 1.267 points in the treatment group and6.700 ± 2.375 points in the control group.Compared with the two groups,the treatment group was better than the control group in improving TCM syndrome,and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Blood glucose indicators: After12 weeks of observation and treatment,FPG,2h PBG and Hb A1 c indicators in the two groups decreased significantly after treatment,with statistical significance（P<0.05）.Compared with the control group,FPG,2h PBG and Hb A1 c in the treatment group were significantly improved,with statistical significance（P<0.05）.Blood lipid indicators: After 12 weeks of observation and treatment,TC,TG and LDL-C in 2 groups were decreased after treatment,while HDL-C was increased compared with before treatment,with statistical significance（P<0.05）.Compared with the control group,TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C in the treatment group were significantly improved,and the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.BMI indicators: After 12 weeks of observation and treatment,BMI indicators in both groups decreased after treatment,with statistical significance（P<0.05）.Compared with the control group,BMI in the treatment group decreased significantly,with statistical significance（P<0.05）.Conclusion On the basis of metformin treatment,the application of jiawei Jianpi Xiaoke Decoction Combination can significantly improve the TCM syndromes of patients,simultaneously control blood glucose,improve glucose and lipid metabolism,reduce body weight,and has a significant synergistic effect on type 2 diabetes patients with spleen deficiency and phlegm-dampness syndrome,and its clinical effect is better than metformin hydrochloride tablet alone.At the same time,the combination of Traditional Chinese and Western medicine can significantly reduce the adverse reactions of patients taking western medicine,the hypoglycemic effect to the optimal,reduce the adverse reactions to the minimum. |
