Clinical Observation On Female Stress Urinary Incontinence Of Unconsolidation Of The Kidney-qi Syndrome By Bushen Yiqi Acupuncture Therapy

Objective:This topic takes female Stress Urinary Incontinence on Unconsolidation of the Kidney-qi syndrome as the research object,through observing the treatment of Bushen Yiqi method of acupuncture and simple acupuncture method in the treatment of Unconsolidation of the Kidney-qi syndrome of Stress Urinary Incontinence to analyze and compare each other,and compare the difference of efficacy between the two.It provides a new idea for the clinical treatment of Stress Urinary Incontinence caused by Unconsolidation of the Kidney-qi syndrome,so as to improve the quality of life of patients.Methods:In this study,62 cases of female Stress Urinary Incontinence on Unconsolidation of the Kidney-qi syndrome are conformity to diagnostic criteria and from Acupuncture and Moxibustion Clinic and Urologic Surgery Clinic of Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine.According to random number grouping method,they were 31 cases randomly divided into treatment group(Bushen Yiqi acupuncture therapy group),and 31 cases randomly divided into control group(simple acupuncture group).After four courses of the treatment,according to the 1h pad test,International Consultation on Incontinence Questionnaire short form(ICI-Q-SF)and Incontinence Impact Questionnaire short form(IIQ-7)scores to summarize of the two groups before and after treatment.Finally,the conclusion is drawn through analysis and comparison.Results:The basic situation of this research,A total of 62 middle-aged and elderly female patients with SUI were enrolled in the two groups.According to the Ingelman-Sundberg indexing and the 1h pad test.In the treatment group,12 patients were mild and 19 patients were moderate.In the control group,11 patients were mild and 20 patients were moderate.At the end of the four courses of treatment.In the treatment group,there were 7 cured subjects,21 effective subjects and 3 ineffective subjects,with an overall effective rate of 90.32%.The control group included 2 cured subjects,22 effective subjects and 7 ineffective subjects,with an overall effective rate of 77.42%.By SPSS22.0statistical softwar test.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).It indicated that the therapeutic effect of Bushen Yiqi acupuncture therapy on Stress Urinary Incontinence was better than that of simple acupuncture group.The results indicated that the treatment effect of Bushen Yiqi acupuncture on Stress Urinary Incontinence with Unconsolidation of the Kidney-qi was better than that of ordinary acupuncture group.Conclusion:Based on the study of literature review,by eliminating,fall off,excluding program,according to a randomized method,Unconsolidation of the Kidney-qi model of stress urinary incontinence,62 cases of patientsdivided into treatment group and control group,two groups,31 cases in treatment group use Bushen Yiqi acupuncture method treatment,the control group with simple acupuncture treatment group,clinical test in order to study,the results it is concluded that:(1)Through the comparison of patients’ subjective feelings,1h pad test,IIQ-7questionnaire and ICI-Q-SF questionnaire,it was found that both Bushen Yiqi acupuncture method and simple acupuncture method were effective in the treatment of Unconsolidation of the Kidney-qi type of Stress Urinary Incontinence,but the treatment effect of Bushen Yiqi acupuncture method was better than simple acupuncture method in the treatment of Unconsolidation of the Kidney-qi type of Stress Urinary Incontinence.(2)Bushen Yiqi acupuncture is feasible in the treatment of Stress Urinary Incontinence with Unconsolidation of the Kidney-qi type,which can alleviate the symptoms of patients in a short time and improve the quality of life of patients,and can be popularized in clinical practice.
