Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Female Stress Urinary Incontinence(Kidney Qi Deficiency)by Generation-Inhibition In Five Elements Method Combined With Acupuncture At Baliao Point

Objective:By observing the clincal efficacy of the generation-inhibition in five elements method combined with acupuncture Baliao Point in the treatment of female stress urinary incontinence(kidney qi deficiency type),clincal data are provided for further exploring the mechanism of the generation-inhibition in five elements method combined with acupuncture Baliao Point in the treatment of female stress urinary incontinence(kidney qi deficiency type),and it is confirmed that the generation-inhibition in five elements method combined with acupuncture Baliao point can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of female stress urinary incontinence.To provide a more effective treatment method for clinical medicine.Methods:In this study,all cases were collected from the departments of acupuncture,nephrology,gynecology and geriatrics of the First Clinical Hospital of Jilin Academy of Chinese Medicine and the Third Clinical Hospital Affiliated to Changchun University of Chinese Medicine.A total of 90 cases were enrolled and randomly divided into three groups,with 30 cases in each group.Five elements Shengke method combined with acupuncture at eight scalene points,simple acupuncture at eight scalene points and conventional acupuncture treatment(control group)were performed,once a day,with 7 days as a course of treatment(5days of acupuncture and 2 days of rest).After two courses of treatment,the data changes of1 h urinal pad test,72 h urination diary card,I-QOL standard score and ICI Q-SF score of the three groups before and after treatment were analyzed and sorted out to compare the differences in efficacy among the three groups.Results: 1.Before treatment,age,course of disease,number of deliveries,1h pad test(urine leakage),72 h urination diary card(urine leakage),I-QOL standard score and ICI-Q-SF score of the three groups of patients were statistically analyzed,and there was no significant difference(P > 0.05).2.Comparison of 2.1-h pad test(urine leakage): After treatment,urine leakage in all three groups was reduced,and the improvement of urine leakage in generation-inhibition in five elements method combined with acupuncture Baliao group was better than that in simple acupuncture Baliao group and conventional acupuncture group,with statistical significance(P< 0.05).3.72-hour comparison of urine diary card(number of urine leakage): After treatment,the frequency of urine leakage in all three groups was reduced,and the frequency of urine leakage in generation-inhibition in five elements method combined with acupuncture Baliao group was significantly less than that in simple acupuncture Baliao group and conventional acupuncture group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.Comparison of I-QOL standard scores: After treatment,the I-QOL standard score of the three groups increased,and the I-QOL standard score of generation-inhibition in five elements method combined with acupuncture Baliao group was greater than that of simple acupuncture Baliao group and conventional acupuncture group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).5.Comparison of ICI-Q-SF scores: After treatment,the ICI-Q-SF score of the three groups decreased,and the ICI-Q-SF score of generation-inhibition in five elements method combined with acupuncture at Baliao group was lower than that of the Baliao group and conventional acupuncture group,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).6.Comparison of clinical efficacy: After treatment,the clinical symptoms of the three groups were improved to varying degrees,among which the total clinical effective rate of generation-inhibition in five elements method combined with acupuncture Baliao group was93.10%,that of simple acupuncture at Baliao point group was 85.71%,and that of conventional acupuncture group was 79.31%,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The generation-inhibition in five elements method combined with acupuncture at Baliao Point has significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of female stress urinary incontinence(kidney qi deficiency type),and the effective rate is better than simple acupuncture at Baliao point and conventional acupuncture,which can play the role of tonifying kidney and strengthening qi faster,effectively improve the urine leakage amount and frequency of female stress urinary incontinence(kidney qi deficiency type),reduce the negative psychology of patients,and improve the quality of life.
