Objective:To observe the clinical effect of penetration of elongated needle combined with routine acupuncture on female stress urinary incontinence(kidney qi unstable type).Methods:1.Sixty female patients with stress urinary incontinence(kidney qi unstable type)who met the inclusion criteria were divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method, with 30 cases in each group.2.The control group was treated with simple conventional filiform needle(0.30*40mm acupuncture needle),and the acupoints were RN3(Zhongji),BL23(Shenshu bilateral),B28(Pangguangshu bilateral),SP6(Sanyinjiao bilateral),GB28(Weidao bilateral),DU4(Mingmen)and RN4(Guanyuan),once a day,for 30 min each time. The treatment group was treated with elongated needle(0.40*175mm acupuncture needles)through acupuncture combined with conventional filiform needle acupuncture,BL23(Shenshu bilateral)through B28(Pangguangshu bilateral)and GB28(Weidao bilateral)through RN3(Zhongji),and the other acupoints were treated with conventional filiform needle acupuncture, once a day,30 min each time. There were 2 courses of treatment in this experiment,of which 1 course lasted for 7 days. The 6th day was the acupuncture day,and the 1st day was no acupuncture.3.Clinical efficacy after treatment was evaluated by 1h pad test,72 h urination diary card,ICI-Q-SF and I-QOL.4.SPSS23.0 was used to process and analyze the relevant data during the experiment.Chi-square test or independent sample T test were used for the general counting data of the subjects, and rank sum test was used for the measurement data.Data related to the efficacy evaluation of FSUI with renal gas deficiency were analyzed before and after treatment(including 1h pad test,72 h urination diary card,ICI-Q-SF,I-QOL).Pair sample T test was used for intra-group comparison, and independent sample T test was used for inter-group comparison. The rank sum test was used to analyze the efficacy comparison between the two groups. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Results:1.During the treatment,2 patients(2 in the treatment group and 0 in the control group)fell out, with a total falling out ratio of 6.9%,less than 10.0%.In the end,the actual total number of cases was 58(28 in the treatment group and 30 in the control group),with a total of 2 falling out.2.Inter group comparison: 1h pad test,72 h urine diary card,ICI-Q-SF and I-QOL were significantly improved in the two groups after treatment compared with those before treatment, with extremely significant statistical differences(P < 0.01).3.Comparison between groups: after treatment,1h pad test,72 h urine diary card and ICI-Q-SF were better in the treatment group than in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01);I-QOL in the treatment group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.Efficient rate statistics: after two courses of treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.4%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 80.0%.Comparison between the two groups showed that the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusions:1.The combination of elongated needle penetration and conventional aerapy can improve the symptoms of stress urinary incontinence of women with unstable kidney qi and improve the quality of life.2.The therapeutic effect of penetration penetration of elongated needle combined with conventional acupuncture therapy on stress urinary incontinence of women with unstable renal qi is better than that of conventional fission needle acupuncture therapy, which is worthy of clinical promotion. |
