Clinical Study Of Huoxue Zhitong Powder In Early Rehabilitation After Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction

Objective:By observing the clinical application effect of Huoxue Zhitong powder after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction,this paper discusses and analyzes the clinical efficacy and mechanism of this preparation,so as to find a safe,effective and cheap method for the rapid rehabilitation of knee function after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.Methods:From June 2020 to December 2021,60 patients who met the inclusion criteria after ACL reconstruction were selected from the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of traditional Chinese medicine.Using random number table method,60 patients were randomly divided into fumigation group and control group,with 32 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation training,and the fumigation and washing group increased the fumigation and washing therapy of Huoxue Zhitong powder on the basis of the control group 2 weeks after operation.The VAS score,Lysholm knee score,knee range of motion and swelling degree of the affected limbs of the two groups were observed 2 weeks and 1,2 and 3 months after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.The data were collected and statistically analyzed.Results:1.There was no significant difference in the general data of patients in the traditional Chinese medicine fumigation group and the control group,as well as the VAS score,swelling degree,Lysholm knee score and knee range of motion at 2 weeks after reconstruction(P > 0.05);2.The results of repeated measurement analysis of variance showed that in January,February and March after operation,the degree of swelling of affected limbs and knee joint activity in the two groups were statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the interaction of time factors and treatment factors was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The results of repeated measurement analysis of variance showed that in January,February and March after operation,the Lysholm score of the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05),but the interaction of time factors and treatment factors was not statistically significant(P >0.05).3.According to Friedman test,there was significant difference in VAS score between the two groups at 2 weeks,1 month,2 months and 3 months after operation(P < 0.05).Mann Whitney U test showed that there was significant difference in VAS score between the two groups at 1 month and 2 months after operation(P < 0.05);At 3 months after operation,there was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups(P >0.05).4.The two groups of patients had no adverse reactions during the whole experiment,and the surgical incision had healed.Conclusion:Huoxue Zhitong powder fumigation therapy combined with functional rehabilitation training can improve the VAS score,swelling degree,Lysholm knee score and knee range of motion of the affected limbs after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.Improve the level of knee function,accelerate the progress of postoperative rehabilitation and shorten the rehabilitation time.This scheme is safe,effective and cheap,which reflects the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in the rehabilitation after ACL operation.
