The Effect Of Therapy Of Lower Limb Fumigation Drug For The Postoperative Recovery After Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction By Arthroscopic

Objective: Observe the short-term clinical effect of lower limb fumigation drug in the treatment of the knee joint function and proprioception recovery after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.Methods: Selected 60 patients from hospital of orthopedics department in 2018.7 to 2018.12,use a prospective randomized controlled study,divided into a Chinese medicine fumigation group(test group 30 patients)and a regular training group(control group 30 patients)randomly,who all suffered ACL damage and be treated by surgery.the method of the surgery was using Semitendinosusand gracilis to reconstruct ACL,then using Bioabsorbable interference screws to fix Tibialtunnel,and using endobutton to fix Femoral tunnel.Then guide them limb functional exercise after surgery.The control group used conventional postoperative functional exercise,the test group used the same method and used lower limb fumigation drug to wash and fumigate the knee.Then observe The Lysholm score of the knee before surgery and 3 months after surgery,the passive angle reproducibility of the knee joint 3 months after surgery.Collected datas for statistical analysis.Results: The follow-up were all completed on the 60 cases.There had no statistical difference about gender,age,limb.All patients were followed up.Before the surgery,the degree of Lysholm score had no difference between the control group and the test group(P>0.05);In the 3rd month after the surgery,the degree of Lysholm score in the test group is higher than the control group at the same period,the difference provide statistical significance(P<0.05).In the 3rd month after the surgery,the degree of Lysholm score in the test group is higher than the control group at the same period,the difference provide statistical significance(P<0.05).In terms of the knee joint passive angle reproduction,there was signifcant diference in the two stage deviation between the afected knee joint and normal side in the contol group(P <0.05).But in the test group,there were no significant diference in the two stage deviation between the afected knee joint and nomal side(P>0.05).And there was signifcant diference in the two stage deviation between the afected knee joint of the contol group and the test group(P<0.05).Conclusion: It is definitely that using the lower limb fumigation drug after the reconstruction of the anterior cruciate ligament can promote the improvement of knee function and the recovery of early proprioception.
