Clinical Study Of Arthroscopic Minimally Invasive Surgery Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation And Washing For The Treatment Of Anterior Cruciate Ligament Injury Of The Knee

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Huoxue Zhitong powder fumigation in the rehabilitation treatment of Anterior Cruciate Ligament(ACL)after the reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament(ACL),in order to provide reference for the clinical treatment of ACL injury.Methods: a total of 60 ACL patients who were hospitalized in the Department of orthopedics of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2016 to September 2017 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The two groups were dissected by arthroscopy and single beam reconstruction of the ACL operation,and the two groups were the same after the operation.After the rehabilitation training,the patients in the experimental group were treated with Huoxue Zhitong powder and fumigation after 2 weeks after the rehabilitation training,and the knee swelling,pain,activity and Lysholm score of the two groups were observed at2,4,8 and 12 weeks after the operation.Results: all 60 patients were followed up for 3 months.None of the two groups had knee joint infection,incisional infection and delayed healing ofincisions.All patients in the experimental group had no adverse reactions such as fumigation and washing and fumigation,and the degree of swelling of the knee joint,knee pain and knee joint activity at 2 weeks after the operation.There was no significant difference between the two groups in the Lysholm score of the knee and the knee joint(P > 0.05),and there was a comparability between the two groups.At the 4 and 8 weeks after the operation,the patients in the experimental group were all superior to the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P < 0.01),and at the 12 weeks after the operation,the difference was four.On the item observation index,the two groups of patients were basically the same,the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05);the same group of patients were compared with the four observation indexes at 12 weeks after operation and 2 weeks after the operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01)at the time of 2 weeks after the operation.Conclusion: The treatment of Huoxue Zhitong powder fumigation can promote the swelling and pain of the knee joint in the early rehabilitation stage after ACL,and can accelerate the recovery process of the knee joint activity and function after the operation,and there is no traditional Chinese medicine allergy and fumigation and scald in the treatment process.It is safe,reliable,simple and easy to learn and the patient compliance is high.It is worthy of clinical promotion and further research.
