Study On The Influencing Factors Of Community Public Health Service Satisfaction In Ganzhou District Of Zhangye City,Gansu Province

Nowadays,with unprecedented social and economic prosperity and the great improvement of life standard,people's survival problem has been solved,therefore,their needs for public facilities and services gradually increase.And community health service is a new pattern health service appeared under the circumstances which has its certain advantage on the accessibility and conveniences of the diagnosis and treatment of common diseases.China is actively building a medical and health service system with prevention as the priority and treatment as the supplement which has been applied in China's medical and health service system to realize the "minor illness to the community,serious illness to the hospital" pattern of medical treatment so that the current situation of "difficult and expensive medical treatment" can be alleviated to some extent.For the development of community health service institutions,“How to take steps to improve residents'(patients')satisfaction degree? Becomes the research emphasis of this article.If community public health services institutions want to play a better role,they must have the support and participation of community residents.Thus,the degree of residents' participation and satisfaction become the key factors to measure the effect of community public health services.Doing investigations and studies on the satisfaction degree of community residents with public health services can help us deeply and intuitively understand the problems existing in community public health services,which is of great significance for improving community public health services and promoting the implementation of government policies.This study mainly uses literature research,questionnaire survey and statistical analysis to study.This survey sent out 1000 questionnaires and 901 valid questionnaires.Through the research,we know that the general satisfaction of community public health service of residents in Ganzhou District of Zhangye City is general,mainly on the technical level of medical staff,medical expenditure,interpretation,communication and service of medical staff.This study mainly uses literature research,questionnaire survey and statistical analysis to study.This survey issued 1000 questionnaires and 901 valid questionnaires.Through the research,we know that the general satisfaction of community public health service of residents in Ganzhou District of Zhangye City is general,mainly on the technical level of medical staff,medical expenditure,interpretation,communication and service of medical staff.The service content,the process of seeing a doctor and the waiting or queuing time are too long,and the service and drug price are unsatisfactory.The most satisfactory aspects are the convenience,environment and safety of medical treatment.Gender,age,education level,personal monthly income,the overall quality of community medical staff and community medical institutions have a certain impact on residents' satisfaction with public facilities and health services.Based on the analysis of the data,this paper argues that the government responsibility should be clarified and the investment should be increased in Ganzhou district of Zhangye city.At the same time,medical personnel training and professional ethics construction should be strengthened to enhance service sense;Reasonable drug prices should be established to reflect the commonweal nature of public health services;and investment should be increased in facilities and equipment to maintain a good doctor-patient relationship.
