Residents of the community health service satisfaction is an important index to test the quality of community health service, reflects the residents of the community health service’s intuitive feeling and recognition. Subject to the Longquanyi District, Chengdu City as an example, community service satisfaction survey on the local community residents and its influencing factors of community service, find out the advantages and problems. The community health service satisfaction survey in community residents, can understand the advantages of the existing community health service work and the insufficiency, and provide the basis for further improving the quality of community health service; at the same time can be indicated that, in many factors that may affect the community health service satisfaction, which is the main factor. This is not only an important aspect of community health work, but also related to the sustainable development of community health services. Current our country is being in the key period of the reform of medical health system, community health is the base and link of the city health service system, the residents’ satisfaction is the only standard to measure the quality of community health service. Conscientiously do a good job of community resident investigation, satisfaction to community health service seeking to influence community residents’ satisfaction influence factors to improve the community health service ability, has more practical significance to realize the sustainable development of community health service.This research mainly uses the literature method, method of combining questionnaire survey, expert consultation method, qualitative and quantitative analysis and other ways to collect data, complete the research on city community health service satisfaction of residents. This article in the "State Council on the city community health service development guidance" and other documents on the basis of community health service institutions, proposed the reference Department of Health issued in 2011 "performance assessment" of the community residents’ satisfaction index appraisal scope, The research of other scholars at home and abroad combined with the actual situation of Longquanyi District, Chengdu set "Longquanyi community health service for residents satisfaction questionnaire"(Appendix). Including the community service satisfaction questionnaire content for the study of residents: the residents of the community health service waiting time, medical environment, equipment and facilities, service price, drug price, service attitude, interpretation and evaluation of communication, privacy protection, the medical level and overall satisfaction, using Liker5 points. The statistical analysis of the data were processed by SPSS17.0, through the T test, chi square test and multiple linear r e g r e s s i o n a n a l y s i s m e t h o d s a r e d e s c r i p t i v e s t a t i s t i c s, f a c t o r investigation of local community residents in Longquanyi District of Chengdu influence on the satisfaction of community service. The results of the study show: 14.9% of the surveyed residents for the community health service satisfaction feel not satisfied or is not satisfied, the overall satisfaction mean scores for3.56, this shows that the residents of the community health service satisfaction in the mid to upper level. The various dimensions of community health service satisfaction scores from high to low is the convenience of the satisfaction of community health services(3.87points),comfort and satisfaction(3.55points), service satisfaction(3.57points) and economic satisfaction(3.24points). Different demographic factors analysis in the community health service satisfaction evaluation on the existence of statistically significant difference(P < 0.05). Through multiple linear regression analysis, the medical level, service price, the price of drugs, residents’ monthly income and payment of medical cost is the main influencing factors of community health service in urban residents’ satisfaction.Conclusion: The residents of the community health service satisfaction, Overall satisfaction is high, but the individual difference of the highest and lowest satisfaction, a difference of 40 percentage points. With the development of resident satisfaction and community health service; to solve the false high price of drugs; strengthen community health personnel training, improve the level and quality of medical care; to strengthen internal management, community health service institutions to improve service; a sound social security system, increase efforts to support the government, improving satisfaction of need by the path.Chengdu Longquanyi district community health service satisfaction degree of residents in the medium level, but according to the statistical analysis results reflect the problems that still exist, a relatively weak link. Suggested that the relevant government departments to increase financial input in medical and health services related to improve the basic facilities and equipment and basic medical instrument, Implement and improve the system for basic drugs.Optimization of medical treatment service process,The expansion of basic health insurance coverage and reimbursement dynamics,The improvement of community health service performance evaluation system,Community health service management "people-oriented".Continue to strengthen the propaganda of community health service,Improve community health service medical personnel professional quality and humanistic quality, in order to promote the sustainable development of community health service in Chengdu city.
