Yunnan is a major province of coffee planting,processing and export in China,and the coffee planting area accounts for 70% of the country.Coffee industry is an important part of Yunnan plateau characteristic agriculture,and its industrial benefit is closely related to the quality of coffee.The establishment of coffee quality and safety traceability system is a powerful tool to build a credible brand image of coffee and enhance the competitiveness of coffee enterprises.The traditional centralized traceability system has some drawbacks,such as low data credibility,high security risk,lack of transparency and fairness.As a decentralized and distributed database,blockchain has the characteristics of data imability,whole-process traceability,high security and transparency.It uses blockchain technology to get through the information islands of all roles in the coffee industry chain in our province.The establishment of the trusted data network of the industry chain and the collaborative information infrastructure of the distributed coffee industry chain can efficiently share the coffee data among multiple participants,achieve the development goal of "traceable,reliable and sustainable",and promote the high-quality development of the coffee industry.To this end,this paper studies and constructs a coffee traceability system based on blockchain technology.The main research contents are as follows.(1)Analyzing the demand of Yunnan coffee traceability,the coffee traceability process is divided into planting,harvesting,processing and production,and circulation and sales links.The traceability system is divided into three parts:consumer module,supervision module and supply chain module.The non-functional requirements of Yunnan coffee traceability system are analyzed to ensure the excellent performance of this system.(2)We deeply analyze the PBFT consensus algorithm adopted in the traditional alliance chain,and propose a PBFT consensus algorithm based on dynamic credible score.Through the evaluation and dynamic adjustment of the set of nodes,the dynamic management of the credibility of the nodes is realized,simplifying the interaction process between the nodes and reducing the complexity of the consensus.In the case of the master node failure through the view switching protocol.It ensures that the consensus continues and avoids the interruption of the system.The nodes are verified through the verification protocol to ensure the reliability and consistency of the nodes in the case of downtime.The algorithm improves the consensus efficiency and guarantees the security and reliability of the nodes.(3)In order to solve the problem of excessive massive traceability data and high storage pressure in the Yunnan coffee traceability scenario.Build a multi-chain traceability architecture based on blockchain.A traceability chain oriented to traceability links is established in each link of the coffee supply chain.Through the data ledger of different links in the traceability process is isolated through the main side of the multiple chain architecture of the blockchain,the capacity of the traceability network is expanded and the problem of high traceability storage pressure of the blockchain single chain is solved.The protection scheme of privacy data in traceability is designed to protect the security of privacy data in traceability.The Yunnan coffee traceability system based on blockchain is designed and implemented.Firstly,the system is analyzed and designed,and the algorithm process,smart contract and system transaction process of functional modules are designed to ensure the reliability and efficiency of the system.The Web application environment and Hyperledger Fabric network environment of the system are deployed,and the coffee traceability system is realized.The system is tested,and each functional module can realize data recording and traceability,and the system performance is good.
