Research On Trusted Traceability Of Tea Cold Chain Logistics Based On Alliance Chain

Tea is an important agricultural cash crop with a long history in China.Although tea is not as perishable as fresh products,changes in temperature and humidity during transportation will lead to oxidation of tea,which will affect the quality and taste of tea.The cold chain logistics mode of tea can reduce the probability of oxidation in the process of tea transportation,so as to ensure the quality of tea.Due to the serious centralization of the traditional tea traceability system,opaque information and easy to be tampered with,the quality and safety of tea can not be guaranteed,and consumers lack trust in tea traceability.As a distributed database,blockchain technology has the characteristics of decentralization,tamper prevention and information transparency.Using blockchain technology can make up for the defects of traditional tea traceability system and ensure the transparency and credibility of tea traceability information.The main contents of this study are as follows:(1)According to the traceability characteristics of tea cold chain logistics and comparing the technical characteristics of various blockchains,the basic traceability units such as tea planting and picking,processing,cold chain logistics and sales are determined.Taking the alliance chain super ledger fabric as the trusted traceability infrastructure platform,the traceability scheme of tea cold chain logistics based on Alliance chain is designed.(2)Compile smart contract with go language;Create a smart contract for the basic traceability unit modules such as tea planting,picking,processing,cold chain logistics and sales,and design the storage attributes of each smart contract structure,user query,data storage and other smart contract business processing logic.(3)Using the characteristics of blockchain distributed database and the data storage attributes of tea industry chain process and intelligent contract,the tea cold chain logistics traceability platform database is designed based on pbft consensus(4)algorithm.The alliance chain network is used as the tea traceability platform database to link the basic traceability unit information of tea,so as to ensure the authenticity of each unit information.(5)Configure the super ledger fabric environment of the alliance chain and build its fabric network,realize the trusted traceability platform of tea cold chain logistics based on the alliance chain,and complete the reading and writing function of the basic traceability unit in the blockchain.Consumers call the interaction function between smart contract and ledger through the front-end interface to query the traceability information of tea.
