The rice supply chain is characterised by a long life cycle,complex and variable links and a wide range of coverage,there is a risk of quality and safety problems at every link of the supply chain,thus providing quality and safety assurance for the rice supply chain by building a whole supply chain traceability system for rice.However,the traditional centralised rice supply chain traceability system suffers from problems such as information asymmetry between the nodes of the supply chain and the ease of loss of stored centralised information and data tampering.Applying blockchain technology to the whole rice supply chain traceability process can solve the problem of asymmetric information and high trust costs in upstream and downstream of the rice supply chain,to ensure the timeliness and authenticity of the data,thus building a trusted trading environment that matches the needs of rice traceability.Currently,there are still many limitations to the application of blockchain technology in supply chain traceability,which affects its application on the ground in the actual production process.Firstly,the heterogeneity of multiple sources and the large volume of agricultural traceability information,resulting in low efficiency in querying traceability data in the blockchain network;secondly,the distributed ledger is shared between blockchain nodes and the data is completely open and transparent,with no guarantee of privacy and security issues.Therefore,this article addresses the practical problems of current rice traceability,and designs a blockchain-based data traceability security model based on actual business processes from the perspective of data security.The main studies are as follows:Analysis of business processes and key information across the rice supply chain,analyze supply chain data in terms of key control nodes and data privacy and security,extract key information from the messy data,reduce the amount of data uploaded to the blockchain network,and achieve the purpose of reducing the pressure on the blockchain storage;at the same time,the data on the chain is classified according to the sensitivity of the data: publicly traceable data,private shared data and sensitive regulatory data,it also proposes different solutions for different data types on the chain to achieve secure management of traceability data across the supply chain.In response to data security issues in the chain of sensitive data and private data,the article designs a blockchain sensitive data traceability model and a blockchain privacy data sharing model.The blockchain sensitive data traceability model mainly applies one-way encryption technology,and the data stored on the chain is ciphertext,so that the data can be verified but not used.Blockchain privacy data sharing model proposes node authorization method,to store data on the chain with symmetrically encrypted ciphertexts,causing differentiation of data queries between current data nodes by means of shared keys,enabling the sharing of private data across a blockchain network.The solutions proposed in the paper are also stress tested and a comparative analysis of the security and efficiency of the system is carried out.The experimental results show that the blockchain sensitive data traceability model can regulate data and ensure data security at the same time;the blockchain privacy data sharing model can share data without the use of third-party platforms and ensure the security of private data.Finally,combined with the above research to develop a blockchain-based whole supply chain traceability system for rice,its experimental case shows that the traceability platform can guarantee the security of traceability data on the premise of achieving a balanced supply chain data tamper-evident and data security sharing,and realize the information management of rice product supply chain data,ensure that regulators can quickly locate the responsible parties,reduce the cost of trust between nodes,and that consumers have ready access to relevant information on the production process to improve product recognition.
