Research And Application Of Camel Milk Security Traceability Technology Based On Blockchain

China is a big country in food import and export.For China,food safety has always been the primary issue.In recent years,food safety incidents continue to appear at home and abroad,while Inner Mongolia has a vast territory and developed animal husbandry,but there has been a lack of a complete food safety system from breeding,processing,transportation to sales,especially camel,whose meat and milk are of high nutritional value,but have not been widely sold.The main reason is that the production process is not transparent,there is no effective information transmission,the processing process can not ensure formal safety,the international uniform standard code is not used when selling,there is no effective certification,so it can only be sold locally,which seriously restricts the sales of camel meat and camel milk to the whole country and the international pace.On the basis of previous work,combined with the actual situation in Inner Mongolia,this paper studies and designs camel by-products,one of the five animals with obvious grassland characteristics,to realize the safe traceability of a series of camel breeding from camel milk sales.The main research contents and work are as follows:1.The global unified coding standard system GS1 is used to build traceability code for camel products,effectively eliminate traceability fragment status,realize traceability of whole process information of breeding,production,processing and sales,standardize,unify and transparently data information,improve sales efficiency and credit,and expand the range of experience users.2.Using hyperledger Fabric blockchain framework,establish the traceability alliance chain of camel milk products,each user can only operate after authorization,only the internal members of the organization can account for the corresponding organization data,but the accounting of data is irreversible,effectively protect the authenticity and security of data,prevent users from tampering,while ordinary users only have the function of reading data.3.Because the food traceability contains a lot of information,after the data collection,induction and sorting,if all of them are put into the blockchain,it will affect the retrieval speed.The HBase distributed database of Hadoop platform is used for storage,which effectively solves the problem of insufficient memory when the blockchain stores data.
