Study On The Management Of Marine Fishery Resources In Fuzhou City From The Perspective Of Sustainable Development

Since the 21 st century,the exploitation of the ocean has become an inevitable choice for every maritime country to develop into a powerful country.However,driven by huge economic interests,marine fishery resources have been over-exploited and utilized,and the marine ecological environment has been destroyed,which is not conducive to the sustainable development of the national economy in the future.The amount of marine fishery production in Fuzhou has an important impact on the regional social and economic development.As a typical coastal city in developing marine fishery in China,Fuzhou is also facing great pressure on marine fishery resources.Therefore,in order to achieve sustainable development,scientific management of marine fishery resources in Fuzhou is imperative.By analyzing the current situation of marine fishery resources management in Fuzhou,this study explores the reasons for the problems faced by the management of marine fishery resources in Fuzhou,such as excessive fishing intensity of marine fishery resources,destruction of marine ecological environment and insufficient law enforcement and supervision of marine fishery resources.This paper attempts to discuss the principles and optimization countermeasures of Fuzhou marine fishery resources management from the perspective of sustainable development.The paper is composed of six chapters.The introduction mainly introduces the research background and significance,sorts out the research status of marine fishery resources and marine fishery resources management at home and abroad,and explains the research methods and innovations.The first chapter is the core concept of this study,which explains relevant concepts and theoretical basis.The second chapter analyzes the current situation of marine fishery resources management in Fuzhou from three aspects: marine fishery resources access control management,marine fishery resources protection and proliferation management and marine fishery resources law enforcement supervision.The third chapter sorts out many problems facing in the management of marine fishery resources in Fuzhou and analyzes the specific causes of these problems.The fourth chapter is based on the perspective of sustainable development,put forward the principles and optimization countermeasures to promote the sustainable development of marine fishery resources and the management of marine fishery resources in Fuzhou;The last chapter is conclusion and prospect.
