Research On The Policy Of Government Support In The Development Of Township Pillar Industries

Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,rural industry has shown a good development trend.In the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,rural industry has broad prospects and great potential.Taking Anfeng Town,Xinghua City,Jiangsu Province as an example,the river crab industry is the leading industry in Anfeng town.How to give full play to the leadership and resource advantages and give full play to the strong power of township pillar industries with the support of the government is an innovative topic of Party Construction in the new era.Based on this research,we have a comprehensive understanding of the current situation of industrial revitalization at home and abroad with the support of the government.Sort out and summarize the relevant theoretical basis of rural industry revitalization,and clarify the concepts of rural pillar industry and river crab breeding industry.It also introduces the basic theories of this paper-new public management theory,resource dependence theory and service-oriented government theory.Taking the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy as the theme,river crab breeding as the main line,promoting agriculture,industry and stable employment as the goal,and focusing on the practice of river crab breeding in Anfeng Town,research and explore the road of Rural Revitalization of revitalizing the town by industry and enriching the people.It also summarizes the achievements of the river crab industry in Anfeng Town,such as building the first river crab trading market in China,the initial effectiveness of river crab brand publicity,and the improvement of infrastructure construction.Of course,with the support of the government,there are still some problems in the development of river crab breeding industry in Anfeng Town,such as The government’s policy guidance is insufficient,the government’s comprehensive service level is not high,and the government’s investment promotion work has not achieved obvious results,etc.In view of these problems,this paper deeply and thoroughly analyzes the causes of these problems.Specifically,it mainly includes Economic reasons,institutional reasons,resource reasons and lack of effectiveness in river crab market management and lack of effectiveness in river crab market management.Finally,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how the government can better cultivate and support the development of township pillar industries from four aspects: Innovating the profit-making model of projects,expanding economic development,strengthening publicity to effectively implement rural revitalization,prospering the town by industry and promoting production according to the town,and making every effort to build a town with township industrial characteristics.
