To explore the impact of different habitat control measures on forage grass in arid areas of Xinjiang, the field experiment was conducted in the 7th Company of the 8th Regiment of Alar City,Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. Two typical forage grasses(silage corn and sorghum-sudangrass hybrid grass)were selected as research objects.Set up three control measures for forage grass separately:water and nitrogen control measures, biochemical regulation measures(biostimulats+plant growth promoting rhizobacteria)and root-zone soil improvement measures(CMC,PAM.straw retuming and biochar). The main research findings were as follows:(1)The impact of habitat regulation measures on silage maize.Compared with nitrogen application rate, irrigation was the main factor affecting the increase in plant height, stem diameter, and leaf area of silage maize. An appropriate amount of water and nitrogen application can ensure the normal development of silage maize.Low or high water and nitrogen application rates can inhibit the growth and development of silage maize. When the water and nitrogen control measures were 370mm+380kg/ha,420mm+3 30kg/ha,and 420mm+380kg/ha,the plant height, stem diameter, and LAI of silage maize were the highest.Compared with control treatment biochemical regulation measures and root-zone soil improvement measures can significantly increase the various growth characteristics of silage corn. When the application rates of biostimulats and plant growth promoting rhizobacteria were 30kg/ha+37.5kg/ha,the plant height and LAI of silage corn reached their maximum, which were 17.0%and 14.4%higher than those of control treatment, respectively. The plant height, stem diameter, and LAI of silage maize under straw biochar mixture treatment were the highest,19.4%,3.1%,and 8.4%higher than those under control treatment, respectively. When the water and nitrogen control measures were 370mm+380kg/ha,370mm+330kg/ha,values.When the water and nitrogen control measures were 370mm+330kg/ha,the maximum yield of sorghum-sudangrass hybrid grass was 30.46t/ha.Under the biochemical control measures, when the application rates of biostimulants and plant growth promoting rhizobacteria was 22.5kg/ha+30kg/ha,the maximum yield of sorghum-sudangrass hybrid grass was 30.95t/ha.Comprehensive quantitative evaluation analysis based on evaluation indicators such as yield, water use efficiency and quality of sorghum-sudangrass hybrid grass under habitat regulation treatment. The optimal water and nitrogen regulation measure was 370mm irrigation and 380kg/ha nitrogen application. The optimal biochemical regulation measure was to apply 22.5kg/ha of biostimulats and 30kg/ha of plant growth promoting rhizobacteria. |
